A friend of mine recommend this company to me. She said they have done many home projects for her. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. The porch we had built is very nice we are pleased. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

Came out for an estimate and agreed on a price for floor buffing and laying our supplied LVP. Agreed to a time for the work to be done. The day comes, he calls me at 8am to tell me he wouldn't be there at 10am but he would be there at 12pm due to another job.
Called me again at 12pm to tell me he wasn't going to be able to show up. We had our entire office prepped for the work to be done that day. For him to not show up really put us in a bad spot. He offered to come the next day (Saturday) I explained to him that we would not be available to let him in so we needed to come up with another option. He then hangs the phone up. I called him back 3 times and texted him with absolutely no response to this day.
We operate a successful service company and understand that things do come up. But a GOOD company makes it right when things go wrong. This company left us in the wind.
Called another company that showed up within 2 hours to take care of our job. Don't waste your time with Picazo.
