Triangle Carpet Cleaners did an outstanding job on or carpet. Great, personable service! We highly recommend.

I am very disappointed with Triangle Carpet Cleaners. Yes, the guy was very polite, but the carpet is not clean. The one room that really needed cleaning is not clean. The particular areas that I pointed out are not clean. I feel like it was a waste of money.

Fantastic service! I emailed about service and within hours I received a response that answered all of my questions. They worked with me to find a day and time that worked for both of us. On the day of the appointment they arrived on time and got right to work. Extremely professional and personable. My furniture turned out great! 100000% Recommend and will be using again in the future!

We've been using TCC for about 15 years. They have never once failed to be anything but professional. They are courteous, on time, thorough in their work and their work is top notch. They describe the work they will do and they will then do that work. They will tell you what results to expect as they will be honest about what stains will come out, which ones won't and which ones might come back. They're just a good company and I will continue to use them in the future.

HOLY COW!! Jay just came to my house and worked a miracle on an armchair I thought was ruined forever. My husband took it over some months ago and managed to get the arms just filthy. Jay was here for less than an hour and when he was finished the chair looked almost-new again. Before he started he asked me to state my expectations, which frankly weren't very high. He said he would do his best but not to expect perfection. Fair enough. The result was FAR better than my hope. Really fabulous job. And Jay's a nice guy-- friendly, prompt, with a good price. Highly recommended.

Also, I'm taking the chair away from the husband.

WOW! They did an amazing job on getting the carpets and rugs clean. I have several animals in the house which means lots of stains and they got them all out! They were on time, professional and very friendly. I have used 4 other carpet cleaners in the area and they are by far the absolute best!!!

We've been customers for years. Mike always does a tremendous job getting our carpets clean. Stains, especially pet stains, that I thought would NEVER come out just disappear. Our kitchen tile & grout looks like new. TCC isn't cheap but definitely worth every penny.

I have a black cat and a black dog, and my carpets looked rough as a result of all that fur. Mike made them look as good as new in under two hours! I was also on a tight timeline in putting my house on the market, and they worked me into their schedule within a week. I will definitely call them when I get the inevitable build-up of pet fur in my new house.

Triangle Carpet Cleaners are the best!!

I have a 6' x 9' wool rug with carved patterns that I have had rolled up in the closet for the past 3yrs. It was heavily stained from when my daughter was younger. She would sit and eat her snacks and often more made it onto the rug than into her mouth. I had also had two dogs and while they had never had any "accidents" on it, they laid on it, slept on it, and tracked dirty paws all over it. So it smelled very strongly of dog. It's an absolutely beautiful rug and fairly expensive so I didn't want to throw it away, but it was far too soiled and smelly to have out.

So, hoping for a miracle, I called Triangle Carpet Cleaners after reading all the great reviews. Can I just say I am absolutely amazed at the job they did. My rug is CLEAN!! All the stains are gone and it looks almost new! The colors are bright and clean again. It is completely revitalized and I am so happy to have it in my living room again. Not to mention their customer service is wonderful, the nicest people ever. I cannot recommend them enough!

The owner, Jay, came to clean my carpets a couple weeks ago and did a wonderful job. I chose this company for their good reviews and for the fact that their cleaning methods are safe for both children and pets. He was lovely to talk to and was respectful of keeping his distance because of the COVID-19 pandemic. He even set up our box fan for me so that the air would circulate around my young son's room and help the carpet dry faster. He walked me through any issues he noticed or problem areas he encountered. When I spoke to his receptionist to schedule our visit and later about a timing issue, she was extremely courteous and professional. I would 100% recommend Triangle Carpet Cleaners and will use them again in the future.

Can't say enough good things about Triangle Carpet Cleaners. They did a remarkable job cleaning some wall to wall carpeting that had not been professionally cleaned in years. Its now been a few weeks since they were at the house and I wish I had used them sooner. I selected their company based on online reviews ... my experience validates all the other positive reviews others have shared!

Triangle Carpet Cleaners is the best. They were responsive, polite, did an AMAZING job and were very fairly priced. I have three cats. Period. They have done an amazing job of cleaning and odor removal. and Mike is just a wonderful young man. He is hardworking, conscientious and very friendly. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the cleaning of two pet accidents in my home. They worked me into the schedule, were right on time and worked hard to mediate the problem. The carpets in our house which previously had been a rental were in pretty bad shape. Jay did a marvelous job and now our carpets look new again. You tend to get what you pay for and in our case we got a lot more. I would highly recommend Triangle carpet Cleaners.

We have been using Triangle Carpet Cleaners since 2015 and the service has always been outstanding. Mike is very punctual with appointments and he is so careful with all of the furniture in our home. But the best part is that the carpets come out fluffy and looking almost like new. We have 3 teenagers living in the house, so the fact that they can get them as clean as they do is nothing short of a miracle. I confidently recommend them to my neighbors and friends because I know they will not be disappointed with the results.
