Janitorial reviews in Durham, North Carolina

Good and friendly service

They did a great job at my job site!

They did really great on our store floors , will be recommending to other companies and buisness

CFJ always provides my operation with professional support staff that carry a consistent standard of cleaning and work ethic. I will continue to use this company and recommend that others do the same, especially during this job climate.

Abraham has gone above and beyond for our unit turnovers which require thoroughness ( guests are always satisfied ) attention to detail ( AC filters need changing etc....) and timely reports in case client damaged property. We highly recommend CFJ.

This company has cleaned my office 3 times a week for a month now and I’m glad I found them I will refer them to other businesses in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic Duo. Very professional and sweet. They take pride in their work and ensure you are happy with your service. 10/10 experience.

Thank you showing up early and getting the job done. I appreciate your communication.

I would 100% recommend Klassy Cleaning Co. to any business or high end client in the greater Raleigh Durham area. The team has always been polite, punctual and detail-oriented. Consistently providing world class service during every visit.

As a fellow small business owner, it's obvious they're driven to provide their clients with nothing less, than an exceptional experience at every turn.

Our office hired Klassy Cleaning and we’ve been extremely happy. Miqua runs a tight ship - she’s organized, communicative, and has followed through on all our needs. Highly recommended!!

They do a wonderful job! Super flexible to accommodate my shifting schedule. Great communication, timely, happy to help with additional Deep cleaning projects as needed - can’t say enough good things. Signing up for regular cleaning service with Klassy Cleaning Co was a wonderful decision!

Love this cleaning company! I was skeptical about hiring people to clean my ware-house and storage units I was concerned about exposing strangers to some of my most prized possessions and belongings. They cleaned my units and ware-house while making me feel comfortable and at ease around my belongs and property. The professionalism and organization skills they demonstrated with my belongs and space were exceptional, I can now access all of my things. Everything is very nice and neat and in a designated area. I have never hired a cleaning crew for anything and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations for any cleaning company. I couldn’t have done it myself. Thank you KCC and I look forward to your continued business.

Klassy Cleaning Company did an immaculate job with the initial deep cleaning of our offices. We also hired them to provide us with regular weekly cleanings for upkeep and each time they have delivered 5-Star quality service from their prompt, friendly staff. Their team met with me to evaluate our space, needs, special requests and designed a cost-effective solution that provides an excellent value. We highly recommend their service to all our colleagues and other business that we know in the area. If you are searching for a janitorial service that is tailored to your needs, guarantees results and exceeds expectations, give KCC a call. You’ll be happy you did. Klassy Cleaning Co. has been a great addition to KBS. The customers they service for us have personally contacted me to say how happy they are with the daily cleaning, customer service and quality of work being provided. I couldn’t have been happier to have them as a vendor partner. They are friendly, easy to work and communicate with. This makes my job a lot easier knowing that there is one less thing to worry about. I look forward to bringing more business opportunities their way.

Exceeded our expectations! We have had our share of troubles with cleaners in the past, but this one finally got it right! Highly recommend

The folks at DeWhit Facility Services are wonderful! We would recommend them for anyone needing commercial cleaning services. It is really difficult to find reliable partners providing these types of services.

Dewhit does an excellent job in cleaning all of their customer sites. Excellent communication with all customers, consistent high quality daily cleaning along with expertise to face any spot/deep cleaning thier clients need. Highly recommend anyone in need of cleaning services for their largetst to smallest facilities...they give Dewhit a call!

A friend who manages a medical office told me about them and we got a quote within like two days. They matched our weird after-hours schedule without making it a whole production,so that was nice.

Found them online after firing our old janitorial company. Got a quote pretty quick, They started the next week. Been maybe 5 months and we haven't had a single complaint from staff

so we switched to them after our last cleaning company just stopped showing up with no warning. reached out and they got someone to our office within the week for a walkthrough. went over everything we needed, agreed on a schedule and pricing, and theyve been coming 3 days a week ever since. that was back in like december and we havent had a single no-show. the transition was pretty painless honestly considering how frustrated we were when we started looking. theyre reliable and thats really all i was after at that point

Our previous janitorial company kept missing things, especially in the bathrooms and along baseboards. It got to the point where our office manager was doing touch-ups before clients came in, which is not what we're paying for. We looked at a few commercial cleaning companies around Chapel Hill and decided to try LC Pro. The difference was obvious within the first week. Bathrooms are consistently clean now, baseboards get attention, and the overall quality has just been more reliable across the board.
