Called Thur morning for a non functional hot water heater. Scheduled a service call for Friday afternoon. They had a 10 am cancellation and came out and were able to quickly diagnose a broken water heater. They came back at 2 pm with a new hot water heater. By 6 pm Friday night we had hot water again. Great job Brown Brothers. Great team work from 4 employees who hit the job done for us. Many Thanks to your staff. Mary

Making the appointment was effortless! The very nice lady took my information and scheduled an appointment
Within 2 days. I received a call about 15 minutes before arrival. Technician was super polite, solved the issue immediately!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Brown Brothers has helped us with our irrigation backflow testing for two years and also made repairs for us; they are attentive and very responsive. Jonica Potts in particular has been amazing!
