My 20yr old downstair all in one Goodman gas-pack stopped working. Angel was great, he came out the next day I called and diagnosed the problem and provided me with different options and explained the costs for each option. Preston was also great, him knowing I would be throwing money at my 20yr old Goodman every year he called me to talk over my situation and sent me quotes for two new units. I decided to accept his quote for the best unit. Then John and Hansen came to install the new unit the very next day, they just installed my upstairs unit the prior month and did a fantastic job, and now repeated doing another fantastic job installing the all in one gas-pack. I highly recommend Streamline Service!!!

Erik came on Saturday and got paid $202 for tearing up my home and fixing nothing because they turnt their company charges a emergency fee just for him to repeat back to me what I explain to him what the problem I was experiencing with the water. A waste of time. I only needed the shower valve replaced due to a leak. Erik took the fixture off. While doing so he heard the water continuously running in the back of the toilet, yet tore a piece of my drywall off behind the toilet when he simply said he do not hear any water leaking from anywhere else. I had already got the water down in my shower from a back up. Now time for pricing. Well there’s automatically $189 service charge for coming out on Saturday. He wanted to charge over $300 and some for replacing a valve that he claim they probably no longer make. I purchased the valve myself from Lowe’s for about $24 and watched you tube and replaced it myself. The flapper and kit that needed to be replaced in the back of the toilet he was trying to charge me over $200 to replace yet that whole kit at Walmart cost $16 and some change. As far as the shower, I ran the snake that I had under the sink down the drain for free yet he was trying to charge over $500 to do for less than 45 minutes which it took me 30. Over all he was trying to charge me over $1400 for shyt that cost less than $50. Plus my wall is torn out and needs to be replaced. I called the company and was told that the manager was gonna give me a call. I haven’t gotten that call yet. Now due to the hole in the wall, a baby mice has now gotten into my home. At least refund me my $202 so I can get my wall fix. I am not a satisfied customer and I will not recommend this company to anyone. I didn’t get any work done. He didn’t offer to fix my wall and left the fixture off and laid it on the back of the toilet. Please refund me my money. Thanks.

I used Streamline Services to replace my HVAC system and to install insulation on the ductwork in my basement in August 2024, and unfortunately that was an extremely expensive mistake. We have since had them out 7 times that I have record of to repair issues related to the ductwork insulation, at extreme disruption to mine and my husband’s jobs which are based in our home, and on 2 of those occasions they also had a manager supervising. It’s the least of my concerns at this point but they left a mess each time they came, insulation scraps and screws all over the place and tape stuck to the floor. After all that, the insulation has never been properly adhered to the ductwork and has fallen down repeatedly, there are multiple areas where the fiberglass insulation is exposed and where the tape has visibly lifted. The photos show what it looks like today, after the 7 repair jobs. Would you be happy with this in your home at the cost of $6,592?
Their communication is somehow even worse than their workmanship. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager about a refund since December (I have record of 10 such inquiries I made in that time) and I’ve either been ignored or told that someone will call me and it never happens. They did give me a refund that amounted to roughly 8% of what I paid for the duct wrapping about two weeks ago, without contacting me or letting me know which I found odd, however that is not at all reflective of what I should be refunded after all of this and I think they just did it in hopes that I would leave them alone.
I really wanted to resolve this with them amicably and have been exceedingly patient with them but unfortunately that goodwill hasn’t been reciprocated. We paid for our ducts to be wrapped and sealed and I think it’s clear we didn’t get what we paid for.
