I came across Cole Roofing online when I was shopping around for quotes for a new roof. Someone came out to look at my roof two days later and quickly gave me a quote which was very competitive. I called and spoke to Greg Cole to ask a few questions and for an explanation of the options. Greg was very knowledgeable and confident of his work. We set a date for the roof replacement and it was all done in one day and for the cost they quoted. No hassle, no issues, and I now have a beautiful new roof. Greg Cole and his team at Cole Roofing are very professional, very responsive and courteous. Great service from start to finish!

Detailed estimate listing several options for complete roof installation (new shingles and replacing some damaged sheathing). Very, very good communication ... replied quickly email questions. Mr. Cole as well as the installation crew were all polite. On time for appointment and installation. Carefully covered shrubbery next to house and cleaned up thoroughly. Worked quickly and mostly finished a large job in one day, except for a few odds and ends the next morning. We're very happy with the color (Certainteed Landmark Weathered Wood).

We had a great experience from start to finish. The crew showed up on time and did excellent work, even in the cold temperatures we had. Communication was clear, the clean up was thorough, and the roof looks fantastic. We highly recommend Cole Roofing and Construction.

We were recommended Cole by couple of our neighbors and were pleased by the quote. It’s a large job and they did break down the costs. The down side came when we asked too many questions about certain types of shingles/solar tubes/ gutters. Also, we were given a very strict time limit to make a decision. We asked for one more extension on the estimate timeline and were told by Cole that they do not have time to work with us and retracted doing business with us. We were strongly considering using them but not anymore. Let our neighbors know as well the response we received from Cole.

Be warned. This company replaced our skylight which we were really happy with. But do you notice the light gray tile against our black roof (see photos)? How does that look? "You signed the contract". The contract stated that they would use their own tiles - which was fine with us. But we also expected more from a professional, well-rated local business. Is it too much to ask that you do a better job matching the colors? Were you out of black tiles? Or even dark gray? Should we be grateful that they weren't white? Terrible customer service and no regard for our home.
