My name is Tricia Neal. Unfortunately, I cannot use google to send my review so I am sending this review and recommendation via my e-mails from Chris. I certainly hope this is given to the correct person.

This past weekend, I had a very small leak in my 5 year old roof and in one of my bedrooms and did not know what or how to go about repairing it. I looked on the web and found R & D Professional Roofing Co. I texted my phone number and asked to be called regarding this problem. Chris Holland from Rodas Construction LLC called back early Monday morning to talk about what had happened. He set a time to come out on Monday morning to look at the roof and to give his suggestions on how to make the repairs and the cost. He was punctual and very thorough in his assessment of the problems.

After looking at what needed to be done, Chris made an appt to come back today to make the repairs. Being a widow, at times, home repairs can be very daunting and stressful. Chris was professional but also very kind to me and was very reassuring that the repairs should take care of my roof problem. He also recommended N&D Painting who came on Monday to repair the ceiling in the bedroom. Again, I am very pleased with the work done by Juan Lopez and talked with Juan about doing more painting for me in the future.

Rodas Construction is very lucky to have a fine young man representing their company here in this area. I would highly recommend this company and Chris to anyone and will definitely call for future repairs. The company definitely receives 5 stars from me!

Using Tidal Roofing has been an amazing experience from start to finish! I had some tricky spots, and they made everything look really nice. They did a fantastic job cleaning up each day, and I never found a single nail. If y'all are looking' for a Durham roofing contractor for life, give Tidal Roofing a holler! I highly recommend them!

Because this was my first insurance claim, Jordan assisted me from beginning to the end. He called my insurance company and was very professional about taking care of everything. I did not have to lift a finger. Excellent service!👍👌

Bill Stanford was the absolute best to work with! Professional, courteous and everything happened exactly in the timeframe he told me. Very happy with the entire, easy process! Corey brought to my attention an opportunity to get my roof replaced due to possible wind damage. I will definitely consider the opportunity to work with him in the future. He’s been transparent & you don’t see too much of his kind of ‘commitment to the customer’ in general from many client-facing businesses nowadays. Breath of fresh air.

Noman was wonderful to work with. He helped guide me through the process of getting insurance to cover the new roof and answered any questions I had along the way. Very happy with the new roof and the overall service!

Did the roofing without surprises. Good communication with thoughtful feedback to my questions. Left job site clean. Came back (as promised) a few weeks after work was done to take care of minor thing that had not arrived until after work was done. Cannot speak to "value" since this was a storm damage claim.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience! The crew worked in 95F heat over 2 days to get our new roof installed and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Looking to do some more work with them on our gutters and siding repair now

The Triad Roof It Forward team was great to work with. I initially was going to choose a different contractor. The team showed me that they would be committed to the job and the work performed. Never any pressure or unreal expectations. Comfortable transaction.

The contractor claimed that my roof had hail damage. He took pictures as evidence. I felt I was pressured to sign an agreement, which I refused to sign. I was getting quotes for roof work from other companies and no asked me to sign an agreement. I scheduled an inspection of my roof with my insurance adjustor, and the contractor failed to show up, prioritize my project, and share his findings with the adjustor. My adjustor said my roof was not damaged, which was in contrast to the contractor findings from Roof it Forward. Furthermore, the contractor failed to communicate with my adjustor about the inspection discrepancy as a follow-up. In summary, this process felt shady and like a scam operation to hijack insurance claims in order to gain business. It is likely that certain insurance companies participate in this hoax, but my insurance company is top rated. I would avoid this operation at all costs because an insurance fraud suit will likely arise due to their practices.

It was really great to work with Noman, who came as a reference from my community whatsapp group. He explained the insurance claim process, worked with home insurance and made sure the work was done within the committed time. I would recommend him and his company for your roof needs .

Russell is a high quality professional, responsive, communicates clearly, timely and follows through with every thing he promises. His crew was respectful, thorough, and worked in unison to quickly accomplish the job. We will use this company again in the future for other projects. We called several for quotes, we made the right decision in choosing Roof It Forward.
