I highly recommend Foust Heating and Air Conditioning. These folks are true professionals. I called with a need and they had people out the same day. I felt they had my best interest in mind when replacing an entire duct system. From start to finish they were on top of it! Thank you Kevin, Sabin, Mike and your entire crew for a great experience!

Foust came out and installed a mini split in an addition we were adding. From the first time I called I they had someone out there the same day to look and price the mini split, they were always in contact and once I scheduled the work they were there on time and finished just a couple of hours later. Inspection passed first time and no issues with the mini split at all. Would recommend them 100% of the time

Foust Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the Best Companies I have had the pleasure of using. When I call they are very professional, they have someone out to my house the same day. Great Customer Service. They always explain the issue at hand and give a time line on when the A/C will be fixed. I would definitely refer Foust Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in need of A/C installs or repair.

Called Foust Heating & Air on a Monday and spoke directly to Mike the owner who was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Mike came out within hours and assessed many requirements for a replacement 3 ton package unit. Once agreed on unit & price Mike ordered, received, and completely installed the unit by noon that Thursday. Mike & his team arrived at 7:30am that morning and went straight to work, and made sure to clean up and leave the work clean prior to departing. Can’t say enough of Foust Heating & Air totally professional throughout the whole process. Definitely will recommend them to all friends, family, and anyone who requires HVAC repair.

I absolutely appreciate this team! Have been using them for over a decade and they never disappoint. Heat went out recently they showed up on time for scheduled appointment. Fixed the issue and looked into ensuring I was ready for season change. Thanks for your amazing customer service and ability to remember your customers!

We recently used Foust Heating & Air to replace our 23 year old HVAC. We upgraded to a 2-1/2 ton unit, replaced everything including the duct work. I’d like to say something that hasn’t already been said but that would be hard. The office staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. The crew that installed everything were on time, worked quickly, took their shoes off before coming into the house without being asked, didn’t leave one bit of mess in our yard and could not have been any more professional. Mike Foust (owner) even came by during the install. I will always pick local small businesses when I need any type of work done. I highly recommend Foust if you enjoy first class treatment, great prices and knowing they will stand behind their work.

Foust replaced my heating and ac this winter. The sales rep was excellent walking me through what I needed and installation was very good. Techs were on time and worked to get my heat back in service as quickly as possible Its an older home so there were unanticipated problems which they explained to me in detail and did not change the price.
Follow up has been impressive with an onsite visit on a warmer day to be sure ac was working properly and several calls to see if system was meeting my expectations.

We have had Foust Heating and Air install two heatpumps in the last two years. One for the upstairs and one for the downstairs (which was installed just a few days ago.) Mr. Foust is a pleasure to work with and his prices seem very reasonable based on the research I have done. His installation crews are courteous and professional in their conduct and the work they do is top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if I need future work, they will be the one I call.

Our A/C unit stop working, Mike and his team had us up and running same day, the technician was very professional and was very personable. Foust Heating & Air is always professional, responsive and on time with their service calls, up to the installation of an entire hvac unit. Just recently had my Unit went out last week during middle of week. Foust had someone out the same day to look at the unit. He was very polite and tried everything he could to get our unit working. After determining we needed a new unit and new duct work they wasted no time getting our install ready. They gave us great pricing and always stayed in contact with us. Great company with hard workers and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

They respond quickly whenever we have had problems and needed their help. They’ve always fixed the issue on the same day that we called. Their technicians are very competent technically as well as being friendly.

I had two 28 year old gas pack units which I knew they eventually would have to be replaced and had actually gotten some quotes from a couple of other companies.

Well, as luck goes, one of the units failed on the coldest night of the year. We called Foust to come fix it. They found damage that made it unsafe to operate. The whole unit would have to be replaced. I asked how much.

With it being one of their busier times, I expected it would be expensive. We had no choice and were somewhat at their mercy. I was pleasantly surprised to hear a much lower number than others had quoted. That was enough to convince me to ask them to go ahead and replace both of the units.

The really could have taken advantage of us with the timing and circumstances that we were in. Instead they did the opposite and gave us a good deal.

They came back and replaced both units in the same day. The new units perform much better than before. And the installation was nothing less than first class.

I highly recommend Foust Heating and Air to anyone who needs their services. That’s who I’m gonna call for mine.

Had my AC go out last night. Called Foust this am and sent Ethan out. He got right to work and found it was the capacitor, which he replaced. AC is on and working in no time!
I have always been pleased with Foust. They are prompt, responsive and reliable. I have had 2 other companies do work for me in the past in Cumberland County-they were no where near as good as Foust. I am so glad that I found Foust Heating and Air. You will, too!

Foust Heating and Air has the best group from the office to the field. They provide professional service, great communication and affordable prices. I have relied on them for over 15 years to keep 3 homes running. You will be so impressed with them, you will want to treat them all to a pizza party afterwards. I haven't done that, but I always feel like it! Highly recommended!

These lovely folks have been servicing my heat/AC for the home I rent for the last 2 years. I greatly appreciate the professionalism & customer service. From the communication with the office/scheduling to the service techs - I highly recommend.

Our A/C took a break yesterday about 4:30, I googled a/c repair in Fayetteville and started calling. A few no answers, then we can be there tomorrow afternoon, another how about Friday, then we're booked until Monday will that work (dud it's over 100 degrees, I don't think so).
Then I call Foust Heating and Air, Mattie took my info and said we'll send a truck right out. Within 45 minute's a service truck rolls into my driveway. Within 15 minutes I had cool air!

I truly cannot say enough positive comments about this company! Last week Foust Heating and Air Conditioning replaced all my mold ridden duct work with all new duct work. From start to finish, everything was perfect! The guys who did the work were wonderful! They were on time, knowledgeable and personable. Outstanding Service and reasonable

I have always had outstanding service from Foust. They came out when we had issues with our AC unit. They we’re on time and did a great job. They did not overcharge us like some companies that replace a $3 part and charge you $600. We also just recently had them install a new heat pump for us. They assessed our heating and cooling needs and gave us estimates with multiple options. No high pressure selling, just whatever we decided. I cannot say enough about the great experiences we have had working with them. From the techs that come to the house all the way to the office staff, they have been a pleasure to work with. They are a definite recommend.

I have had two brand new units installed in the past few years and Foust was the one we chose. They give great advice, very professional, let me know every step of the process and care about their clients. Very quick to get someone to you when you’re in need like I was. Ethan, one of the techs, is always very helpful and gives great advice on how to take care of unit. He’s very thorough with his work and always lets me know what he’s doing and why.
