Great service, have been working with them for 10 years.
Never had a bad experience.

Honest and reliable service. A+++

I had Chowan Heating and Cooling install a complete HVAC system in my 2 story home today. They are the nicest, hard working, down to earth guys. They had everything installed and running in just a few hours. They are very professional, and take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repair or installation.

I contacted Chowan Heating & Cooling about 2 weeks ago, my air conditioner was not working properly. During this time they were booked. But Keith made some adjustments and came out to my house. Upon arrival Keith determine I needed a new unit. With my blessing a new unit was order and installed in less than a week. Keith is very knowledgeable and nothing less than professional. His response time is awesome! Thanks Keith for squeezing me in when I needed you the most! Its been a hot July 🔥

I can not thank them enough for their fast service. My AC broke and they came out and fixed it same day. I am so, so grateful. And our technician, David, was incredibly nice and very professional. I highly recommend this business.

David Peed, service technician, is the BEST! He’s polite, professional, informative, & always good to me, my family & friends! Highly recommend!!!

I use AMS for both commercial and residential service and repair. Jeff knows what he is doing and don't BS you around. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jeff Wines is AWESOME!! He is very kind, courteous, professional, thoroughly explains what he is doing, and really "knows his stuff."

Very professional work. Explained the issues with what was wrong with my AC unit and made sure everything was running smoothly. Very reasonable price for the work done. Would recommend. Thank you!

I will use this company again in the future. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced, polite and on time. The technician did not try to upsell me on anything and fixed my HVAC as expected. I’ve also used them to repair my parent’s air conditioning unit. They were also very pleased.

Incredible experience with Jeff and AMS Heating &Cooling.On time and very responsive, they worked until the job was complete and got our house cool again in the hottest month of the year! Recommend AMS 10/10!

Jeff is knowledgeable, professional and a really great guy. We're new to the area and new to our home and he gave us a great education on both! I was really impressed by his communication with me via text and phone. Highly recommend!! A+++

I rarely post reviews but Jeff Wines was very professional, friendly and rescued me from the heat quickly! I’m above & beyond satisfied with the service as well as the education. He taught me some things I didn’t know about filters and maintenance I can do. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You’re a blessing!!
