Stay away - terrible customer experience. Heat out - contractor made appointment to come next day. He did not show up for appointment. I called and left message. He returned my call and said he wasn't coming - and my heat is OUT. He said things come up and he couldn't come for another two days! Unbelievable. Never use this company!

They are absolutely horrible. How can you come to someone’s house in flip flops wanting to work. They came to my house suppose to change my coil in the attic and showed up in flip flops shorts and tank top. Looked unprofessional. They made every excuse as possible. Kept putting me off and off. After 3 weeks later month later They said they didn’t want to do the work so they left. Worst company ever. Recommend not to use these worthless company.

The most unprofessional contractor ever. Incompetence level has reached new lows. They installed a brand new heat pump, heater and blower for me. They said it was working. So they left leaving my front door wide open, dirt on the walls of my house, screws in the driveway and garbage blowing in the yard. Well we found out it was not working the next day when the temp reached 85 outside and it was 85 inside. They came back a week later and poured bleach down the drain line. Well that didn't work and they left again, leaving the door open again. When I called I spoke with a real customer service pro with super excuses and nothing to offer, but maybe I should call someone else. Had to get another vendor to finish the job.

I am a local Property Manager and our company manages on average over 250 rental properties. I have worked with Kenny and his crew for about 5 years now and Comfort Zone remains my top choice. The prices are extremely competitive. The crew is professional. They are on time and in an emergency situation you better believe they will be there. I refer them to anyone I know that needs any type of HVAC service.

We just had our ac go out recently. My husband was due to leave for out of town work and i have two small kiddos at home. Needless to say i was stressed. I tried over 20 companies on a Sunday and no one called me back except for Randy from Comfort Zone. He was able to drive straight to me from calling and was here in less than thirty minutes! He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 min! Thank you so much for saving us from the unbearable heat on a Sunday Randy! We are now Comfort Zone customers for life!! Very happy with the service

We used comfort zone heating and cooling to fix our air conditioner. They came fixed problem but later on that day it stopped working. When I called back the man spoke over me telling me in other words I was wrong. I had to call back a second time to tell him it wasn't working. He made an appt for 2 days later for 9:30. At 10:00 when he hadn't come we called to find out he wouldn't be here until 11. His company sent an email asking about our satisfaction. When I said I wasn't satisfied the message said thank you we will do better next time. Immediately after the man called me and said he would not come back because of our little review that we put on there. I said so u won't satisfy the customer and he said no I'm not coming back. I asked to speak with someone else and he said no I am it. I said then no one is allowed to leave bad review and he said no that's not it. I have never come across A company being so unprofessional. When I tried to speak to him he kept saying we were arguing and speaking over me. Very childish. It's too bad that they didn't really want a satisfied customer.

I have been dealing with this company for almost 5 years. My experience has been great. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable about heating and A/C. He installed a complete gas pack and all duct work for about half the price of everyone else.
When I was deployed overseas my A/C fan blade sheared off after a stick fell on my unit. My wife and children were without A/C and very uncomfortable. I got a hold of him via text from the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and he was at my house 2 hours later. He fixed the unit the following day because of the need of a part. I have recommended this company to many of my friends in the area and he has done them all well.

I CONTACTED COMFORT ZONE, AS A FRIEND HAD RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY, WHICH HE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. KENNY SENT A TWO MAN TEAM TO LOOK AT AND ASSESS MY SITUATION. THEY BOTH AGREED THE VALVE WAS BAD AND NEEDED REPLACED. THIS BEING THE SAME PART MY REPAIR PERSON OF 14 YEARS HAD COME OUT TO WORK ON AND COME TO FIND OUT WAS PUTTING "A BANDAGE ON" THREE TIMES TO THE TUNE OF $2,300. KENNY'S CREW ARRIVED, (WHICH I MIGHT ADD WERE PROFESSIONAL YET DOWN TO EARTH AND VERY INTERESTING TO TALK WITH AS WELL AS EXTREMELY KIND) DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO, I WAS UP AND RUNNING. KENNY, I CAN'T THANK YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ENOUGH!!! YOU HAVE A NEW AND VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER, WHICH WILL SPREAD THE WORD AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FOR HVAC SERVICES.
