Before buying our home, we requested an hvac inspection. Apparently the previous owners only asked them to ' check to be sure it's running properly'. The receipt stated they did a complete inspection of the unit and ductwork... what they were SUPPOSED TO DO. They didn't and told us it was the owner's fault. If the receipt had stated that they had ' observed that the unit was working upon cursory glance and didn't forsee any issues' we would have alerted the previous owners to get an inspection done and there had been a miscommunication. Please make sure services mentioned on your invoice have ACTUALLY been performed. We had someone out for an hour and he found a laundry list of mismatched and taped together essential parts. Items that should have been flagged on an actual inspection.

HVAC died during a severe thunderstorm, called for repair the next morning, and the technician arrived before Noon. Quickly replaced a blown capacitor and our AC was up and running, thank goodness. We happened to be working in the pasture at the time, the technician stopped and informed us of the repair and that they would mail us an invoice, excellent service, thank you!
