Ed Burleson is great at what he does and charges reasonable prices, would definitely recommend giving him a call if you're in need of repairs for an appliance

Do not buy from and/or use for service! The owner looked at my freezer and completely misdiagnosed the problem. They don’t keep regular business hours and their showroom is a pig sty!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..
called earlier this week set appointment up for friday at a certain time, that time come an passed and we called they said they was running behind and was briefing the person to send out, hours later no phone call or text and they never came out to check our fridge and its well after closing time...

Bought a new fridge. Had to take french doors off for fridge and freezer door from bottom to get in house. Owner was not there and we have always dealt with Ed. Some young man was running the shop. We needed help getting the freezer door off. Was told they would charge a fee which was fine. Got a call at 12 and the young man stated they couldnt do it b/c would not know how to put it back on. Big disappointment for appliance repair company but we figured it out ourselves. Will not be back for service or repair.
