I called and they said they would be here Monday morning. It’s now Wednesday evening and they haven’t responded to me at all. Very unprofessional to not respond to customers, and to not show up when you say you will with absolutely no notice or communication.

They did a great job explaining what the issue was and answering any questions.

The guys came out and beat every price quote I had done. Fast, friendly, and competent team. Completely new unit.

Had issues with unit not coming on at all, text Jared at 10:40 this morning and he said I’ll be there in 20 mins. He was here 3 mins and diagnosed the problem. Him and another guy were very respectful and very professional. They fixed the problem and we’re gone in about 30 mins. Did not over charge me and now I’m going to get on there yearly maintenance program and will have them to install me a whole new unit in the Future.

So nice to have someone show up within just a few minutes of being called. It’s one thing to be 84 degrees outside. It’s totally another to be 84 degrees inside. Professional, honest, and got the job done immediately.

I had called several local HVAC companies prior to talking to Shew’s and all the other companies were a few days out on their appointments but Shew’s services my system the same day for a very reasonable price.

The guys came out to check our unit, they were very professional and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. You can’t beat that kind of service or the price !! They will be our go to HVAC guys from here on out.
