They're extremely nice and very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to plants and landscaping etc. Just really nice people and they want you to be happy. Can't go wrong

I asked them for a price on trimming my China berry tree. Ok they sent a man out. I ask for a price to trim the tree. Well he him self could not price the job. They would now have to send out a sub contactor or a real tree company to price the job. Will I ask you ? Should it take to companies to come up with one price. No one ever contacted me from Miller's landscaping again. I'm still waiting for the sub to also show up. But I guess I came out just fine. I called a professional tree co. Came out next day . Two days later job completed. Do you really won't to know what ? Probably not.

I have visited multiple times and each time customer service is lacking. It feels like no one actually wants to be assisting customers. There have been times we weren’t even acknowledged upon entry. This is a store that clearly has a specific community/ideal type of people that they want to serve, and those folks must have been around a while and must be something special.
