The home inspection process was very laid back and our inspector was quick to answer any questions we had during the process. His friendly character made it more enjoyable. Since we are first time home buyers, he made sure to explain and give us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who might need a home inspection.

At first, it took me by surprise the cost of the inspection. But my realtor assured me they were very good. I now have to say it was worth every penny plus some. He did an extremely detailed inspection with pictures and recommendations. And he was very professional and patient with all my questions. This inspection kept me from making a big mistake on purchasing a home I thought was our dream home. The items found were major and would’ve only been found in a quality inspection. They were huge safety issues. While I’m now looking for another home, I will absolutely call Pillar to Post again for my next home inspection. Thank you!

Robert Scott and David Moralez came to inspect a property that I am purchasing. They arrived only one day after I called to schedule. They were extremely professional and detail oriented. They were polite to everyone on the property throughout the entire process. The were courteous and respectful of the premises and took care to leave the place in the same clean condition as when they arrived. They went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I had and left me feeling reassured that I knew every detail about the property and its current condition. I wouldn’t recommend any other inspection company after working with these two professionals.

Jacob Spell seemed to have done a great job inspecting our new home. He even took time to answer our questions about how the inspection went. Than explained things so that we have a good understanding of small corrections that need attention. I beleive I would request him if needed in the future.
