Made four years of carpet wear look almost brand new, removed a stain that was there from the previous owner, and did a thorough job with the tile and grout, and able to schedule on very short notice.

Did a fantastic job. The entire house carpet is clean, making it easier to clear the housing on post. I loved that they were able to come the next day and get on the post on their own.

I hired Real Clean Carpet Care to clean our couch and Ken came out to do the work. They did an absolutely amazing job, tip top caliber, went above and beyond. Ken laid out mats to protect the floors, edge covers for the walls, a bug protector for the doorway, and more. He had a well oiled process and did a fantastic job cleaning our couch. Their rates were very reasonable as well. I also found the cleaning product he used to smell pleasant, not overwhelming or too sterile at all. Excellent service and was very pleasant to work with. 10 out of 10, fully recommend.

We got the entire upstairs carpet & stairs cleaned and an estimate for cleaning our hardwood floors. Ken was super nice and communicative. He was able to get all the stains out that we were worried about and did a great job on the carpet overall. Definitely recommend their services!

Ken did an excellent job! Highly recommend for home carpet cleaning services. Professional and quality of cleaning was evident. We also received text updates prior to arrival of scheduled apt.

He used extra protective equipment to protect our flooring to main hallway and corner guards to not rub hoses to the walls/baseboards throughout and a front door zipper enclosure to minimize flies from entering and keeping your home ac at temperature while performing his work.

He answered questions we had and provided future cleaning tips. Follow-on pics of before and after also provided to us and a thorough walk-through performed after completion.

Price charge is based on # rooms/areas and not by sq/ft. We found the pricing to be worth it based on the quality of cleaning.

On Tuesday I had an appointment for 3 carpet rooms to be cleaned. Mr. Ken was 10mins early. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was to happen. He cleaned the carpet beyond my expectations, because it had been awhile since they had been cleaned. This company has been in business for a generation and he is very proud of his contribution to the community. He even cleaned an area rug that was not listed, and had time to speak with my 2year old grand baby. I know this company will be in business for generations to come. Extremely professional! Very reasonable priced! I love seeing the clean carpet lines when they finish! I also had really bad stains that kept coming up and I was so shocked they got nearly every stain out of the carpet! If I were staying in NC I would definitely use their services again.
