INTEGRITY... A/C Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They are recommend if you're looking for an assessment of what you may need and what you don't need. Their explanation detailed how to address my problem cost effectively, however, there was a communication problem between us and I went with a different company.

I give him and his woman a 1 because they finally showed up. But this is what you call BAD business and shody customer service. They call you after the block of time scheduled to come, then take another hour and 10 minutes to arrive at your door with Papa, as she called him, comes swaggering up to me with toothpick in his mouth and a nasty demeanor. Do yourself a favor, this type of service you don't want ...Papa as he was called tells me...you must have heard it wrong then lady...i was told you would be here all day at the house. So why don't you just get someone else then, not my problem...he walks off. Very shody business and couple. Papa called homeowner to say the sitter cursed him out and that's why he left. Well that's a big fat lie buddy. I never cursed one word at either. I asked with firmness what happened and why had it taken them so long to get here. Being firm, not cursing is not the same. You should not expect any customer to just wait not knowing just when you will arrive. Maybe you should have called me back to say how much longer and lose the attitude.
