We are new homeowners and our thermostat suddenly cut out on a Friday evening. Not knowing anything about these fancy HVAC units, we called Ray's and they sent Laxavier over Monday at 11am. He was able to quickly diagnose a clogged drain line and had us up and running within 30 mins. Very happy with their service. Thank you so much.

I Love this company. I have required their service 2 time. They arrive on time, very friendly and professional. The gentleman that came today was Lazavier and I greatly appreciate his work. I would highly recommend this company if you need work on your heating or air.

Laxavier was great. Great work at an unbeatable price. These guys saved me thousands. Rescue Rooter quoted me $9000. Ray’s did the job for less than a third of that. I’d recommend them and if I have anymore hvac issues I’ll be giving them a call.

Our past experiences with other Companies has left us with large expenses, they've never pinpointed the overall problem or genuinely making a connection to keep our business with our existing unit. We tried Ray's heating back in 2016 (I believe)and we were rather impressed with the services that LaXavier had provided. He doesn't use sales pitches or assumes the issues. He is great at what he does, We have used his services to this day. He has kept our old unit functional until we were ready to financially take on the new unit and to us respecting that decision was another factor of why we continued using his services. We do not trust anyone else to handle our unit.. LaXavier and his team are respectful and respond to calls quickly getting the job done. We Greatly recommend their services!!! My AC quit working on a day that the temps were nearing 100 degrees!! They had someone at my house within 2 hours!! I have a home warranty and I had initially called them. They couldn’t get anyone to my home for 2 weeks!!! The gentleman from Ray’s was very kind and professional! He explained everything thoroughly. Ray’s Heating and Air has gained a customer for life!

I have had a nightmare of an experience with 2 previous companies (one sent by American Home Shield....the worse warranty company), both took my money and I remained with the same Freon leak. Having experienced that, I did not trust any HVAC Co. I asked around and was given Ray's Heating/AC...which has turned out to be the very BEST, reasonable and honest company that I have dealt with. It's only been two weeks, and because I moved out of my home, I haven't used the units, but I feel good that they were installed as they should be. Also, Mr Ray was the best, he stood with me every step of the way, with an excellent attitude, very nice and professional.....thank you! For many companies you will just be a number, and given a big invoice. I would not hesitate to call Ray's Heating/AC in the future!!

It was 20 something degrees last night and my heat was not working properly. I left a message at 7. Received a call back at 740 ish. Laxavier was here an hour later. My heat is fixed

Just had a new complete gas Heat/AC system put in by Ray and his folks. Price was very reasonable and low compare to others in the area. Communication was great. Job was done promptly as stated. Very reliable and respectful contractor. I would recommend Ray's services to others.

Called Ray's after my AC went out thus morning at 1:00am (July 15, 2016). They responded promptly after I left a voicemail on their machine.
Representative was courteous and I was able to get a same day repair. AC was repaired in a timely manner at a great cost, which was way less than I expected to pay.

Awesome Company!!! I recommend them 100%. Great pricing, good customer service, and just overall good experience from start to finish.

Will definitely use them again if I ever have issues in the future.
