I got a new HVAC system, and honestly, it’s been awesome. The house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and I barely notice it running because it’s so quiet. My energy bills even went down a bit, which is a nice bonus. The air feels fresher, and I haven’t had any problems at all. The crew who installed it were super nice and quick, they made everything easy!!! Highly recommend 10/10!

Laxavier Elliott arrived during the appointment window and checked all the equipment. He assessed the part needed to fix the HVAC. He communicated when he’d be able to fix it and that part had to be acquired.
UPDATE: Laxaiver returned with that part and fixed it quickly! Immediate difference and improvement with the part he mentioned during the evaluation

I really appreciated the prompt service that Ray's HVAC provided for my AC/HEATING System. He took his time and walk through my system and found the issues. He explained the problems to both me and my husband in a manner that was easily understood. Most of all his cost was very reasonable for the economy we are living in today. I highly recommend his company for your HVAC needs.

Laxavier is great, very professional and reliable. He’s quick to respond, explains what might be wrong with the system clearly, and never tries to upsell anything unnecessary. The guys did an excellent job for us. Xavier and his apprentice came and were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed our problem and got us up and running. We highly recommend this company.

called Mr. Ray when my heat stopped working and my house was freezing. He told me he’d be there in about an hour — and he arrived right on time! Mr. Ray personally inspected the system and discovered it was rusted out, unsafe, and could have been leaking carbon monoxide. He immediately helped us choose and install a new, energy-efficient system and even guided us through financing options to make it affordable. He was hands-on throughout the entire process. We’re beyond happy — enjoying our first warm, cozy night with no more arctic cold in the house! Highly recommend!

My parents used this company through their home warranty. I find it hard to believe this company has such great reviews! Very disappointed. The serviceman that came out was name Laxier. He had my parents without air for 5 days during one of the hottest summers! Unacceptable! I called the warranty company and demanded a new AC company! A note to the owner... Please do not apologize! You have failed my elderly parents.

We used Ray's to have an HVAC inspection done on our home prior to closing back in November 2021. All the tech did was check the outside unit and did not check the duct work in the crawl space area. Fast forward a couple of months when we had another company come out to service our unit it was determined that our entire system needed to replaced, unit, collapsed duct work, air handler and condensation tubing that was laying on the ground and not connected. If the inspection was properly done we could have used this to negotiate the asking price of the house. I did call Ray's and made them aware of the lack of attention to detail for the tech who did the inspection and they didn't seem to concerned. Also, on a separate note, I also called them and scheduled a time to have a thermostat replaced prior to moving and they never bothered to show up.
