Amazing company just to start with . Made a call over the weekend about upstairs unit not cooling and immediately received a text back from the owner James adding us on their schedule first thing the next business morning. Travis arrived promptly and started fixing the problem quickly. AC was up and running shortly. Travis was very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman terms so I could follow along and understand.Everything was handled in a timely manner and we were back cool in no time. Definitely a 5 star company.

My mom is a deaf woman, I usually do her interpreting and set up things for her and her home. She surprised me and set up a quote on disinfecting her a.c. Through a company I hadn’t heard of. He told her she had mold and charged $75 to come out that day then quoted $400 to take care of it. I was worried she was being taken advantage of and called southern comfort. These guys didn’t even give a quote, they did the job the day they came out and charged less than half of the last quote and gave me peace of mind that my mom was in good hands. They gained a couple of lifetime customers that day because now I know who to call when my home and my moms home needs something they can help with.

Southern Comfort Heating, Cooling and Gas is a top notch company. My gas logs kept smoking up the glass that covers my logs. They sent a very knowledgeable technician out - he knew exactly what to do. My gas logs are running very clean now - no black residue on the glass. I had been dealing with this problem for a while but no more thanks to this reputable company!!

We didn't get a chance to use them, due to electrical issues in the home caused by a recent power surge due to storms. They have excellent customer service and gave a timely appointment that catered to our needs. They were very helpful in addressing and answering questions I had, when scheduledling the appointment. We definitely will be calling them in the future for our residential and business need.

Southern Comfort was awesome! They came to wilmington all the way from fayetteville and got me hooked up quick and easy. Aj shuller and Kelly did a great job. I was kind of worried Aj might take my cat but luckily I still got the little fur ball with me lol.

I can’t wipe the smile off of my face thanks to Southern Comfort! I went from heat to sweet in 15 minutes. These guys are knowledgeable, polite and efficient and I highly recommend them. Travis delivered excellent diagnostic and instalation service. My AC stopped working. Travis arrived on time, conducted a diagnostic, found a fault in the thermostat, quickly replaced it, and helped me communicate with the home warranty. I will recommend this company 1000 times over.

i would like to say thank you to Kyle and Drew for coming out today to service my daughter's unit done an outstanding job on it all was good see you on the next service so if anyone needs a great company here is the ones you need Southern Comfort Heating/Cooling/Gas Inc.

They were very responsive to my situation quick to respond. The technician was very polite and explained to me what the problem was. He was able to repair the unit in a minimum amount of time and test everything for proper operation.

Only guy in the Fayetteville area that answered his phone on a Sunday during an ice storm. Gave me great advice and helped us keep our heat on. Highly recommend!

The time you suddenly left me in a trailer park but the job was done too for a few hours because you had to urgently go to the house,

Then also eating some gas station fried chicken which we both paid dearly for the next two days. Took us more than twice to learn our lesson.
