I had severe weather in my area and my frig stopped getting cold. I called Snyder that Monday and the lady advised that she would have a tech call me, that call never came. I called again that Wednesday and the lady advised that she would tell the tech I've called twice. I'm still waiting on that call. It's been a week and they still haven't called. I'm amazed that they never called back. How can you run a business like that. I would never recommend anyone to this business. So I called another repair company and they advised me that they would have a tech at my business tomorrow.
