Without our choice, our trash service was transferred to this terrible company. They are inconsistent and do not respond. When they introduced themselves, my husband sent a request for two trash cans since they only pick up once a week. Never got a response. As I drive through my neighborhood, I can tell who their customers are because like us, their trash has been sitting on the curb waiting for pick up for the past week. They issued an apology with no resolution. Very unsanitary and upsetting that they still get their money every month but we are not guaranteed the service we pay for. A lot of us are looking for another service, even if costs more.

Rude truck drivers

If you currently have service with Liberty Waste Solutions and decide to cancel, do so before the next billing cycle starts, otherwise they try to charge you for the entire quarter. Billing started 4/1, I attempted to cancel (4/6) and they're picking up my bin tomorrow, but fully expect me to pay the $63 bill. They have not picked up my trash since new billing started. The only options are to pay, file a complain with the BBB bureau and hope they waive it, or ignore it and go through collections and ultimate credit report hit. Their policy is not stated on their website (also acknowledged by their agent) or any mailings I've been able to find (supposedly that was sent). And a heads up; they're about to assess a separate line item charge for fuel expenses. My next step is NC Attorney General. This is theft and extortion.

Place closes at 11:30 not 12 like they claim on their website

This places is hours are not correct it actually closes at 11:45am on Saturday and 4:15pm on the weekdays and the staff are rude and impolite

The scrap yard is nice and neat not junky and crowded. Workers are nice and respectful.

Closing time is 12 on Saturday why can't I get through the gate after 11:45 you don't close till 12

Just left this place, already like it 👍. In my opinion it's much better than that other place, will be using Wall recycling from this point forward.
