Technician Andy H. Was excellent. Very thorough and took time to explain what he was doing and tips and tricks for maintaining our system.

Andy was very thorough and nice to work with. Had some useful recommendations. Only negative is that the appointment didn't get scheduled for both our heating systems so his schedule didn't allow for the him to finish the geothermal inspection and need to schedule another appointment.

Scott Brothers is a very well run company. They diagnosed (correctly) my problem over the phone from a very vague description of what was going on from me.
I will certainly call them if I newd hvac help going forward. Professional and well organized. Great experience.

Top tier service, as always. Delaney, our technician, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and effective. Not only did he resolve our issue; he explained to us what he was doing and why at each step of the way. I fully trust Scott Brothers with the care of this critical system in our home.

Scott Brothers is the best. I contacted at least six other companies before contacting Scott Brothers and they either didn’t call me back or I was told it would be at least 10 days before they could send a technician .Scott Brothers had a technician at my property within a few hours . The technician , Luke was excellent . He was knowledgeable , efficient and very nice. Thank you Scott Brothers & Luke for getting my A/C back on .

The service technician Luke was friendly and knowledgeable. He performed the maintenance on my furnace and replaced needed parts promptly. He gave advice on steps to maintain my system for next year as I am new to oil furnace heating.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Brandon, Chase, and Craig in addition to my initial contact with Luke. They have ALL been kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and patient while attempting to get me through this cold winter until my new HVAC can be installed.

I am a newbie to NC weather and the different ways to heat my home. Each one of the technicians and the salesman treated me with respect and didn't make me feel like a silly woman but as a capable person who can make educated decisions. It means more than I can put into words as I am a widow and stepping out on my own to face each challenge.

Bottom line, a GREAT company for single or widowed women to do business with.

Mr. Crawford was very punctual and very professional. He quickly had our air going. We would recommend him and Scott Brothers to anyone.

Amazing service, heat went out late the evening of 3 degree weather. They were out here in the early AM to diagnose and repair. Delany and the gentleman he was with were awesome. They had to hike up to the house with me due to an iced over driveway. Can't thank them enough!!

Shane was professional on time, I thought I needed a new HVAC and he found the issues immediately knowledgeable and explained step-by-step with the issues were. Very fair cost. I wish I would’ve called Scott brothers the day I bought my house. I’m glad I finally did. Thank you 5 Stars.

He ran his diagnostics, confirmed that the furnace was operational, made some recommendations, and completed the service call.
