The entire team at ARC Electric were great to work with and did excellent work for my kitchen, bath, laundry, and main panel. Travis and Luke were both very knowledgeable, efficient, always had the customer first in their approach, were well organized, and did an overall great job! I look forward to seeing them again when we do the finishing work and would highly recommend them to others. Also want to thank the others on the ARC team who helped expedite the project when the work they were assigned to got rained out…David, Chris, Sammy, and Mateo..having the entire team there working together on short notice was a bonus and they were awesome. Great to see the owners of ARC have created an excellent atmosphere for their employees because it does make a difference for the customer. Many thanks for the overall quality and service provided! This was my first experience with ARC, and I tell you, it won't be my last! What an incredible company!
Travis was the most caring, courteous, and considerate service professional I have ever met. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and quickly able to diagnose my problem. He gave me a free estimate for the work to be done, as well as suggestions for potential issues I may want to address in the future. He gave me different options to consider while keeping my budget in mind. It's so rare to find someone with such honesty and integrity these days.
I cannot reccomend him highly enough.ARC's customer service was top notch, from start to finish, and I will definitely be using them again for all my electrical as well as plumbing needs.
