Had PowerMaster install a 22KW generator. They were prompt and very professional. They also spent extra time answering all my questions. Wil be using them again for all my electrical needs.

Start to finish Powermasters did a great job from the office personel to the field technicians everyone went above and beyond to complete my install.

Operator told me she would call me back the same day and didn't. Also they wanted $150 just to come out and then $130 per hour, so minimum $300 after tax just to find out what's going on.

Luckily I found out it was just a burnt outlet 🫨

The technician who was working our job was excellent. Explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood it. Work done was neat and excellent

Amazing company and people!! Had a generator installed in my house and they were quick, within a month quick to come out and do the job. Pricing was good and competitive with the job being professional.

I stay at westgrove towers in raleigh. They replaced meters that started at 8am and wasn't done until 12:20am. Disabled and elderly live in here. This was poorly executed. Nobody should have to be without electricity for this long. This should've been handled alot better.

I can't be happier with the service from Power Master Electric! The owners are super nice business owners and all were very responsive to my electrical problems at my home. The service electrician that came was extremely professional and what a courteous and polite young man who definitely knew what to look for and explained his findings. And, how he would repair back to working order. I am so pleased with his service. At the end he even took the time to go through all of my problem receptacles and gfics and microwave to show me that everything was in proper working order after the repairs were finished. I will definitely suggest too any of my friends and family and others that I come in contact with to give Power Master Electric a call for their electrical needs. You often hope you don't need an electrician in an emergency, Till You DO! Then you need someone you can trust to be fast, fair, and respectful to your needs. I got all three and I'm out of the bind I was in.
I also found out they sale and install whole house Generac generators for residestial and commercial from conversation with the owners.......I think I will follow up as an upgrade for my family and home needs during posible power outages this winter. Power Master Electric is the best!

We recently had our standby generator installed by PowerMaster Electric. They managed the entire project from the estimator, who listened to the installation. The level of customer service is 2nd to none. They called us prior to the hurricane to make sure we were aware of how the Generac would work should we lose power. We did indeed experience our first power outage and it was absolutely seamless! My only regret it not doing this sooner!
