The owner actually listens to your needs. They do a very good job and a good cleanup as well. it may take a couple of times for them to get things exactly the way you want them but if you have the patience once they know your preferences everything comes out wonderful

These guys do a great job cutting the vacant lots next to my property. Always looks good when they are done. They were even kind enough to help me finish mowing my back yard after seeing how much I was stuggling with my push mower!

I live in the outskirts of Angier, NC, so getting lawn care services is difficult. After trying half a dozen lawn care companies, I can say that Carolina Pro Lawn Care is the only company to actually show up as scheduled. If you do have an issue, the owner or his wife will call you directly and do their best to make sure you service runs smoothly. I have found that the best way to contact them is through their website.

I'm a professional house sitter - who travels around the country and frequently I have to hire help to do work at my clients homes, so it can be a real challenge finding good help when you don't know anyone in the area. And, when I do find someone who is awesome, I want the world to know...

The name says these guys are PROS - and they mean it! From the moment they responded to my request for an estimate, they listened, they showed up when they said they would, they gave me a fair quote for the work I needed done and they followed up and scheduled the appointment as they said they would.

And... here's where they really impressed the heck out of me. They were supposed to come to my home at 8:30 AM, but it rained during the night and I needed them to blow leaves off my property and out of my gutters, so I was concerned that they would show up and not be able to do a good job, but instead they emailed me at 7:30 AM and let me know that they had changed their schedule around because of the rain, so that the leaves had a chance to dry out before they got here.

They did an excellent job, for the price they quoted. Their billing system is all automated and I was able to pay with a credit card online later the same day.

It's really hard to find professionals in the landscaping business that respond, in fact I contacted 5-6 different companies and haven't heard from any of them except Carolina Pro Lawn Care.

If you are looking to have your landscaping done by real professions that put your needs and requirements first, at a reasonable price, than Carolina Pro Lawn Care is the company that I highly recommend!

Worst lawn care experience in over 10 years and 20+ properties! I hired this company to service my property every other Tuesday. From the start, I had nothing but issues. The first week they showed up on a Wednesday and only cut the back yard. They left grass clippings all over the yard and did not service the front yard at all. They failed to trim the bushes, leaf blow the driveway and patio, or edge the yard. All of which were services I paid for.

Unfortunately, this was the best experience I had with Carolina Pro Lawn Care and it only got worse from there. They were supposed to come back two weeks later and never showed up despite paying them $40 for the service. After ignoring my emails for several days, I was finally able to get ahold of them. They said they didn't service the property because I had multiple dogs in my backyard. However, I don't have any dogs or pets on the property. At first I thought they tried the wrong house but they confirmed otherwise and said they would try again next week.

The following week they did not show up again. I have reached out multiple times and they finally said there was a dog in my yard again even though there were still no animals on the property. I seriously doubt they even came by the property that day. At this point they have not mowed my grass in over 4 weeks. I had to cut it myself so I didn't receive a fine from the homeowners association. Carolina Lawn Care assured me they would be by in two weeks for scheduled service.

As you can guess, they didn't show up again. I called to have them come out and they said they would come by on Wednesday instead. I waited at the house all day Wednesday to ensure there were no issues and everything went smoothly. As of 6pm, they had not come by and I was about to email them to see what the issue was. Right about that time, I received yet another email saying they had come by and my dogs were out again. Still not dogs on the property and my neighbors don't have dogs either.

Its at this point I realized this company is nothing but dishonest. They will blatantly lie to your face and will look for ways to steal your money. If the weather is hot they will fabricate a story so they don't have to work in the heat. The customer service is horrible and I would not expect them to tell you the truth about their services. They will also refuse to return emails. This company is far from professional and I would recommend against using them for any of your lawn care needs. There are a lot better options with hard working, reliable workers. This company sucks! This review is helpful for others to avoid their services and is not considered slander.

To those who have written positive reviews, I agree with you completely! We have called upon Snell Tree Experts at least three times in the last decade or so. They are justifiably proud of their expertise. They explain what needs to be done and why, they do what they commit to do with precision, they are flexible, they take care to ensure customer satisfaction, they are extremely careful and sensitive to safety issues, and their attention to cleanup is meticulous. I can't imagine a better tree service.

After receiving quotes from other tree removal companies, I reached out to Snell for a quote. They were very quick to come out and provide a quote. The gentleman they sent out was very responsive, called and texted before coming over to make sure we were ready, and listened thoroughly to what we wanted done. They rapidly got us a quote that was good for 30 days. I can't begin to say enough good things about the crew they sent out to remove the trees. They were extremely professional and most of all, safe. They moved some of our patio furniture, plants and stuff to keep them from potentially being hit by tree branches. They kept us up to date on progress and anything they needed from us. We are extremely thankful to them for helping us open up our back yard! Also, their crane is pretty sweet.

First class operation. Got to my home. Evaluated each tree and bush on the estimate as to how to accomplish the work. Very polite and efficient crew. Completed work and verified I was satisfied with each task. Did complete cleanup. I highly recommend Snell Tree Experts. They are Arborists who know how to trim trees and bushes so they are not damaged.

I have worked with Snell Tree Experts on several (5) tree removal projects. My yard is full of very tall hardwoods and unfortunately occasionally they get diseased and die. I normally notice it after the are already dead and are not the easiest to remove. Tim always returns my calls and emails promptly and gets out to look at my situation. The Snell crew is very professional from beginning to end, taking time to answer any questions you may have along the way. They show up when they say they are going to, are extremely careful to take your yard and structures into consideration and not damage anything, and clean up thoroughly when the job is done. I highly recommend Snell Tree Experts!

Professional! Very Professional. I had the opportunity last year to see the work this company performs when they removed and trimmed some of my neighbor's trees.I was very impressed with their work and their work ethic. Today, 4/16/18, I had them remove a 70 to 75 foot Hickory tree. Mr Snell has a great crew working for him.
Having worked in Marine Construction for twenty- five years I am very familiar with cutting piles, (processed oak trees) and using chain saws. Travis and the rest of the gang were proficient, professional and knowledgeable and above all, safety conscious. Thank you again

I had three big projects for our yard: the removal of a number of overgrown trees and shrubs surrounding our house, the removal of a large dead white pine, and brush and tree removal surrounding our large pond. Snell Tree Experts came out and did the estimate for all three projects, took plenty of time to talk with us to verify what we wanted, and offered a fair price for what was a heck of a lot of work. Tim and his team LISTENED to us and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the job they did. They were even able to schedule the work much sooner than we expected -- and completed it all within two (rainy) days. I could not be happier! The difference in our property is amazing!

I got 8 quotes to have 2 large trees removed and was 100% happy with Snell. It was very important for me to hire a company that had Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. Without this insurance, an injured workman could make a claim against my home owner's insurance policy. I had 1 or 2 companies that quoted a fee that was close to Snell's quote but the companies could not produce proof of insurance. I am not a risk taker. A small amount of savings between Snell and others was not worth the risk. I highly recommend Snell.

I've used Snell Tree Experts on multiple occasions over the years. Always exceedingly professional during the estimate, service call, office interactions, email/text, billing and follow up. We've all heard the term "Tree Surgeon". Bo Snell runs his operation like a real surgeon; with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Snell sets the high bar for others to try to reach.

I called Snell Tree Experts after noticing I had a Water Oak Tree hanging over my home with lots of dead limbs in it. Snell sent out a tree estimate evaluator and the proposal was created and emailed to me in a timely manner. The work that was completed was excellent and the crew was very helpful and professional. My experience with this company was great as I had contacted three other tree pruning services in the area and none of them even bothered to follow through on an estimate. I will only use Snell Tree Experts for all of my future tree service needs.

The Snell Tree crews are exceptional. They follow through on commitments, provide quality service, and are thoroughly professional. They removed a tree that fell on our barn and we had them back to take down three others for us. Wonderful people to work with from their office personnel to the folks in the field. I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended Tim Snell so I called him to come out and give me an estimate on 2 tree and 4 bush removals, trim a tree and an underbush removal. The estimate seemed reasonable to me and he was recommended by my friend. Tim and/or his office kept in contact with me by phone and email to get a written estimate, get copies Snell's insurance papers and bonding info, utility locations, arrange date and time, etc. On the day of the work 2 employees arrived with their equipment and started work right away and finished the work quickly and efficiently including carrying away all debris from the various job areas in my yard. Tim called me later that day to make sure everything had gone as planned. I liked that Snell's had 3 different options for removal of the stumps, was nice, very professional and right away had supplied all necessary insurance paperwork.
