I agree w/Joel --- great guys, Dan and Billy! Quick - well, I would be too on a 90 degree day! Did a thorough job, even did dryer vent cleaning. Had to smog due to extreme Cigarette smoke odor! Explained all well and offered some tips as re. this type of situation. Lacie was great! Very efficient and friendly! I will be referring Atlantic Corp for sure!!

We used Atlantic corp to clean our air vents, dryer duct and also seal our vents. They did a great job. We are getting a lot less dust in our house after they sealed our vents. The employees were very professional. The price was fair and work was done quickly.

Lacie, Office Manager, was very informative. Instead of replacing duct, we hired Atlantic Corp and got the duct cleaned. Their crew came on Saturday and did a fantastic job. It has been so easy working with Lacie and Atlantic Corp, and I will return to get my duck work done in future. Their pricing was better than other duct companies.

We booked Atlantic Corp to do an air duct cleaning before the birth of our child. Upon arrival, Dan was courteous and explained the entire process. After examining our system and a talk about our house’s history, he recommended holding off on the cleaning as our system was still relatively new and in great condition. He made sure everything was functioning properly and made some minor adjustments to improve our house’s airflow which was much appreciated.

We decided to hold off on the cleaning due to Dan’s expert opinion and detailed explanation of our system. We greatly appreciated the honest professional opinion that he provided and the fact that he genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind, which you don’t see too often these days. We will definitely will use Atlantic Corp again in the future and recommend them to anyone in the Angier/Fuquay-Varina area.

Anthony, Thomas and Keith performed HVAC duct and vent cleaning, as well as service on our mini splits recently. They could not have been more professional or friendly, as well thorough in explaining the process to me. I have already recommended them to a neighbor!

This company was amazing. They were right on time, explained everything very well and did a great job. We had some mold in a ceiling vent that they totally got rid of and did a detailed cleaning so it shouldn't happen again. We had no idea that our vents were so dirty. We had our floors refinished years ago and basically the contractor just swept the debris into our floor vents. Also, used to have a dog and there was tons of dog hair we knew nothing about. We would totally recommend them!

The whole staff and crew at Atlantic Corp were so nice to work with. I had numerous issues with drainage and duct work to be fixed. I had many questions and the office staff was wonderful at answering them and coordinating the various crews that needed to come in. I recommend this company with no reservations. A really good experience with people who worked hard to make things right.

Another company identified mold in our furnace area, but the team they sent out wouldn’t touch it. After looking around online I found Atlantic. From Lacie in the office to Keith and his cleaning crew, this company is the real deal. Keith was especially knowledgeable and helpful and I want to thank him for going the extra mile for educating my wife and I on what he and his team would be doing during their visit.

8/15/18: Dan came out bright and early on 8/10 as promised. He made some adjustments to the ducts in the crawlspace as he noticed that the main one supplying air to the house was not 100% open. I did notice the air pushing with more force through the vents in the house. My husband is monitoring the A/C usage, so that should give us a good picture of whether the issue is resolved. Overall, the customer experience with this company has been very good and I would continue to recommend them. It's rare to have someone do a job perfectly the first time, what matters to me is the follow-through in rectifying issues if they occur.

8/8/2018 Update to the original review: It's been a few days since we had our ducts cleaned by the crew. Unfortunately as the days have gone by we've noticed our air conditioner is running hours longer than it usually has been and our house is still not cooling completely. I came home yesterday evening to find the A/C running, but the house at 80 degrees. We haven't had an issue with the A/C all summer until now. It was even checked by an HVAC specialist this past year and there were no issues found. The air feels cool, but it's not blowing as hard as usual so obviously, something has changed. My husband got a hold of Lacie at Atlantic Corp, but she said they can't come out for another 2 days.
Meanwhile, the A/C is constantly running and the house isn't cooling properly, so who knows what further damage this could be causing to our unit. Plus my husband checked out the crawlspace to see if any of the ducts had been knocked loose and found debris left around by the crew.
Also, the valence from the blinds in my son's room was knocked off when they were cleaning the vents. I thought it had simply been knocked off and just needed to be put back up, but it's broken :( It's disappointing that someone would break something in our home and then just walk away like nothing happened. Hopefully the issues will be fixed and we can move forward on a more positive note than we're sitting at now...

8/3/18: We had the ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. The crew was efficient, friendly, and clean. They made sure to double check that all vents were replaced and cleaned properly prior to leaving. The lead on the project was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process as well as provide an overview of all that was done/found at completion. We also got to see some pictures of the debris removed :) Reasonably priced for a certified professional. Will certainly use Atlantic Corp in the future.

I hired this company to solve a difficult yard drainage problem that existed when i purchased my home 10 years ago. I got three different estimates before deciding to go with Atlantic. The person who came out to trouble shoot the problem (Stephen) was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Out of the 3 different estimates I received, this company's solution was spot on and reasonably priced. I thought the office staff was very professional and responsive to all of my questions and concerns - which I had a lot. I worked with 2 people - Danyelle and Lacy, and they were both really good.

The work crew spent 5 days at my house creating drainage and renovating my crawl space. They were easy to work with and clearly knew their stuff - the site manager, Jose, made an effort to keep me informed which I appreciated, along with another fellow whose name I didn't catch.

My overall impression was that this company has a lot of experience with these sorts of issues and I really needed that to help me get rid of this nagging problem. The work is looking great and I couldn't be happier.

Atlantic Corp is a great company. Every member of the staff I spoke with or came in contact with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Lacie is fantastic! She knows her stuff and is on the ball like no one else. Our job went from a quick maybe one day job to lasting over 3 weeks with our schedule and working everything in. Lacie was with me the whole way, going through everything line by line and I cannot say enough great things about her. Brenden is awesome! He knows his stuff and it really great at explaining everything so I knew what was going on at all times. I appreciate all the hard work they all put in to get my kitchen in order and couldn't be more thankful for how well they managed the crazy mess my house turned into. Give them all call if you need mold remediation or water damage clean up! I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Absolute A+ experience from start to finish. Amazing initial call in which the lady that answered was patient and thorough, answering our many questions and alleviating our concerns (we found mold on a few of our ceiling vents). They got us scheduled, arrived a few minutes early that day, did an amazing job and could not have been more thorough, courteous and clean. There aren't many companies that do it the way that they do, so not a lot of competition, but so thankful they hold themselves to such a high standard even being one of the few options around that does this kind of work. You all were AMAZING!

This business came well recommended from a previous customer which is a friend. Dan and Billy showed up on time to clean vents, check for any damage from possible mice in attic and seal vents. Both were very friendly and efficient. Dan very knowledgeable about his job and such a hard worker. I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked and taught me a lot about what he was doing. The work Dan did was well worth the money spent. Definitely will use this business again and will request Dan and Billy to do the services. Thank you!

Atlantic Corp did an outstanding job cleaning our air vents and dryer vent! They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. They gave me a full report of the status of the vents, were proactive about asking if I had questions and answered them all to my satisfaction. I was also able to conveniently schedule the cleaning right away. I highly recommend this company!

We’ve used AtlanticCorp a couple of times. Once about 2 years ago for a dryer vent cleaning and then again today for a whole house air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They were running a special at the time and offered us a great deal! They were able to schedule me the next day after I called to set up an appointment! The gentlemen that came to the house were on time, very courteous and professional. They explained what they were going to do and when they were finished, they reviewed everything with me. I have had 2 excellent experiences with AtlanticCorp now and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Best experience ever. Dan and Billy, the servicing technicians, were top notch. Friendly, highly experienced and qualified...and they did a GREAT job cleaning our duct work. And the office manager, Lacie, kept us in the loop every step of the way. They even took care of some minor items they found at no extra charge. We were so impressed with Atlantic Corp that we hired then again to clean and seal our crawl space.

I guess I am happy w/ the work, although I know nothing about vent cleaning so I wouldn't know as I a not opening my vents and inspecting them. They were able to attach my dryer vent which was great and fix vent leakage and mold growth w/some additional add on service that was done the same day which was great. They said we had mold in my ducts which they got rid of which was awesome. I was kept informed during the service which I appreciated and my questions were answered. But I have to take away 2 stars because I was provided no receipt after service was complete and then they charged my card prior to the services and charged it again after service was rendered. I had to call them to let them know. They advised they would send receipt and adjust the overcharge and its been a week and I still did not get a receipt as requested and the incorrect charge on my card is still present. My credit card company said it takes 3 business days to post adjustment. I will have to call again to figure out what is going on. Unfortunately, I would have to give Atlantic Corp. a hard pass next time and would not recommend.
