General Contractor reviews in Garner, North Carolina

We had Comeyer replace carpet with vinyl plank flooring in bedrooms. Work was perfect and timely. The Dickens brothers are great, easy to work and attention to detail. Can't imagine a company that deserves 5 stars more and HIGHLY recommend them for any project!

Comeyer Design is a group of professionals, headed by Cody Dickens. Each member of the team knows their role with complete focus on the customer. Cody listens better than most owners and then communicates with the team on what is important to the customer, along with the scope of the job.

We will use Comeyer Design again and recommend Comeyer Design to our friends and neighbors.

Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living recently completed a site retaining wall at our home. The professionalism of this company would be hard to beat. Cody’s communication and attention to detail are impeccable. The design was perfect and the execution of that design by their crew was first class. All work was carefully completed to minimize the impact outside the work areas.

The whole process from talking to Cody to the install and clean up was 5 star. Everyone showed up when scheduled, the work was done quickly and professionally and they returned the next day to clean up. We are planning on using them again on other projects.

Bought our house from out of state and so pleased we had Cody and Comeyer overseeing our projects. We always were contacted when promised and the work was good quality and on schedule. Cody was trustworthy, knowledgeable and I highly recommend their services to others.

from the initial quote to the project's completion, Cody and his team have been spot on with communication, setting the schedule, and discussing the next steps. I would definitely choose them again for any future home projects

Cody and his crew did a great job on my front patio and landscaping! They were always on time and very attentive to details. I give Comeyer Design a 5 star rating!

We had some work done in our backyard and it came out spectacular. Not only did they do a good job but they were also speedy. They handled the complete process! From getting in contact with our HOA and sending them the correct information so the design could be approved, to even covering the extra cost on expanding the design on our back porch. Can’t wait to have them work on our upcoming projects. Cody and his brother also gave us top tier customer service! 10/10.

Our experience with Comeyer was nothing short greatness and smooth. They saw our vision for our patio and exceeded our expectations. We love the look and it absolutely elevates our backyard. Can’t thank you guys enough!

From the beginning, Cody worked with us on price and creative design options for our patio, suggesting several things we hadn’t thought of. He was very attentive to our design needs (especially considering the challenging layout of our backyard) and budget. Workmanship of his crew was excellent. They really know what they’re doing. The design was perfect and the execution of that design by their crew was first class. All work was carefully completed to minimize the impact outside the work areas. Our patio is beautiful and it’s a really nice addition to our outside area. We look forward to enjoying it for many years to come! 100% will use Comeyer for any other outdoor future projects!

Cody and his Team presented several options to achieve our desired result. Once we made a decision, the project was completed in a very timely and professional manner with a high level of workmanship.

I hired Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living to re-sand my backyard paver patios. Cody came over promptly after I contacted him to look over the patio. He sent over a quote the next day, which was reasonably priced. He completed the work today very quickly, and the patio looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Cody for your outdoor projects.

There are so many good things to say about Cody. He was responsive to my questions. He worked with me to understand my design needs and budget. He navigated the bureaucracy. His team created a quality porch that will be enjoyed for years to come. I have received many compliments on the look of the porch and one neighbor is now working with Cody to get his constructed! Great work all around.

Working with Cody at Comeyer has been an honor and a privilege. From the moment we spoke about our ideas for our back porch, he took those ideas and exceeded our expectations. We made a few changes and without hesitation he made sure those changes were implemented. The attention to detail and the people he works with shows that he truly cares about the customer and their needs. 11/10 would hire Comeyer to work on any additional construction needs for our house.

Cody was wonderful to work with-- he was directly involved on the job site most every day. We changed the patio shape midway through the dig and he was very accommodating. His workers were diligent and worked full days even in severe cold. He was always just a text or phone call away. He is always ready to do a quick sketch design and has a great creative eye for a beautiful final look. Glad we went with him-- Honest with quality result. Uses quality product and does the project "the right way the first time."

From the beginning, Cody worked with us on price and creative design options for our patio, suggesting several things we hadn’t thought of. Workmanship of his crew was excellent. They really know what they’re doing. When done they left the work site cleaner than they found it. And Cody was very responsive to any questions we had. We’ve really enjoyed our new expanded outdoor space! My only suggestion to Cody is that he get rid of that lemon of a Chevy and get a more reliable Ford truck

Short Version: Would hire again. Good communication, Fast Service, Cleaned up at the end.

Extended Version: I could not recommend Comeyer any stronger! If I could give a million stars, I would. When we moved into our new house, the backyard was full of DIYs. I was scared to let the dog out, let alone go out and actually enjoy the yard. Cody was quick to come over and talk through what we wanted. He listened and helped us understand what was possible. We settled on pulling up old DIY uneven pavers and laying down concrete. Comeyer matched the stain and design to the already existing concrete. Comeyer also made steps for us (the dog) to gain easy access to the yard. We were on the schedule quickly and his crew was extremely professional. The job was done in the amount of time quoted. Comeyer even touched up paint on the deck that accidentally was chipped. It didn’t bother us but they insisted they wanted to leave things looking perfect. I would definitely hire them again if we ever move!

My wife and I are very pleased with the patio that Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living created for us. Cody is quite adept at design. The persons who installed the patio were skilled and efficient. Cleanup was thorough. It was a good experience and we would do it again. Very happy.

Recently had Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living install pavers, knee wall, fire pit and lighting around our pool. It came out spectacular. Exactly what we wanted. Their crew took special care to protect our existing lawn during construction and made sure the site was kept clean of debris and construction waste every evening. They pay particular attention to detail which can be seen in the finished site. Overall a great job.

Cody & his team exceeded our expectations!! They showed up when they promised & we're always on time. When it rained they communicated not only that they couldn't work that day but when to expect them! Our project turned out gorgeous & we've already referred him to our neighbors! Highly recommend!
