This is an amazing company. One of the few companies that still puts the customer first. They are honest, upfront, and do quality work. Austin pressure washed our house. He introduced himself to us, explained what he was going to do and got to work. He took his time and did a fantastic job. He also asked me to walk the house prior to him leaving to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I’ll be having this company out again to do deck and fence!

I am nothing less than very impressed with the service for the pressure washing of my house that I received with this company. The price was fare and the quality was fantastic. I let them know about a little sensitive area I had around my front door and they listened and delivered.

Gary showed up exactly when he said he would to examine the property. He provided a completed estimate within 48 hours as I was on a time crunch due to HOA. The paint crew started the next week and finished painting my home quickly, including siding, trim and all the fixins. I feel the crew working on my home went above and beyond as they were able to replace some trim boards with some rot and nailed down some loose siding pieces to ensure the best possible paint job. The crew lead did an amazing job of ensuring that as the home owner, I understood everything that was happening and explaining various options with me about what they found, such as the rotting trim boards. The job was exceptionally done and I would have to say my #1 thing was the level of communication from them on the entire process and what was happening. Overall I am very satisfied and I will definitely recommend NC Paint & PowerWash.

I would highly recommend this company. A reasonable and precise quote was provided, arrived within the time frame scheduled, and was extremely thorough. We had our exterior house power washed and our wood fence. JJ did an outstanding job. He was polite and very efficient. The house and fence look terrific.

Steve and Austin were great to work with! I called last week for a quote to stain our fence and Steve came out within a couple of hours. He provided great information about color options and the stain. Extremely fair pricing and respectful of the budget we were trying to work within. Steve was able to get us on the schedule the following week. Austin was our tech for both the power washing and staining. He knocked out both in two days (which was impressive for the size fence we have). He was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough; keeping me updated throughout the process. Austin would periodically have me check in on the progress to ensure I was satisfied with the result. We will definitely use them again for additional services!

They did a great job! I was unaware that they don’t do gutters! When I was in the pressure washer business! I made it a priority to clean gutters, it’s part of the house! Extra if I got to clean them out, but the surface, a must do.

A few days ago, I saw Zach power washing the house across the street. I noticed how sparkly the house was looking so I asked him to come over and talk to me. I inquired about pricing and availability. He answered all of my questions and was not pushy to make a sale, but I was certainly convinced after seeing his work across the street that this is who I wanted to take care of our house.

Zach came today, even though it was raining and he power washed the house and did a fantastic job. If the sun were out, I would have to wear my sunglasses if looking at the house because it is so bright and sparkly clean! Zach is a true professional, - he seems to love his job and takes delight and seeing his customers smiling when they see how great the house looks. Great job Zach! I’ve been using NC Powerwash to clean my home and rental property for many years. They always do a great job and their prices are very reasonable. A few years back, they added the option of a rinsing agent to prevent streaking on the windows. Works great! JJ was my technician most recently.
