Alberto and Vivi’s team have been taking care of us for 6 months or so now. We are so happy with their service. They go above and beyond always. They’ve been extremely accommodating and flexible when we have had scheduling issues and take great care in their work. I highly recommend.

I rated this company 3 stars for several reasons. I will begin with the positives.

I called the company the same day to attempt to get my new home dusted & polished a little. I reached out the week before, never heard anything back. I actually reached the owner the second time I called & he scheduled me the same day. Although the price was alot more than I had been quoted with anyone else, I went with it because they could take care of it the same day. The staff was friendly. They arrived only a few minutes late which was fine. They spent about 2 and a half hours there to dust the blinds, mop the floors and clean the bathrooms. Good customer service at the beginning of the deal.

I paid 200.00 which did not include them washing any dishes, simply wiping the microwave out nor making any beds. I did all of these things myself while they were there. They left out of the house and did not put anything back in place that they moved to vacuum/mop such as area rugs, chairs, small tables and etc. When I brought this to her attention, she did apologize but didn't attempt to help me move everything back in it's rightful place. The cleaning supplies were things that I could have gotten out of the dollar tree. To make a long story short, it was nothing over and beyond about the experience. I actually paid them to do a job that I do every week. Will I use them again, No. But since I have found a great decently priced company who actually does a great job & still thankful that they fit me in the same day.

Staff arrived on time and exceeded expectations discussed during the initial appointment. Owner came to inspect that everything was done expertly before the crew left. I value kindness and honesty when I look for a business to partner with, especially when they are in my home. I’m happy to partner with ViVi’s Cleaning Service on a bi-weekly basis.

Alberto arranged a deep cleaning for us earlier this week for our new home. He was very responsive and worked us into their schedule to accommodate our closing date. The ladies turned up ready to go to work, which they did, for a good 7 hours or so. When we came back to look we could tell the place was cleaner as soon as we walked through the door, and it wasn't dirty to start with. We were impressed to say the least. Ina addition to the thorough clearning, they also corralled the few odd things that were left in various cupboards and draws into one spot where we could see it all. Fantastic job! We recommend them highly!

Invest in yourself by allowing Vivi's to take care of the house cleaning. These ladies did such a terrific job, Mr. Clean would be jealous!

A very special thank you to Alberto and Vivian for their expertise and helpful advice for getting our house ready for sale. We go live on MLS tomorrow because I had enough good sense left to hire Vivi's and not put myself in the nut house by trying to rush and get it all done alone!

The team of 2 just left after giving my first floor a "deep clean". I could cry with joy, and I'm not being dramatic. This company responded to my last-minute inquiry within an hour, came next day to do an estimate, scheduled me in under a week... and just made my home cleaner than the day I moved in. Just over all of us being sick in this house, we needed a refresh and when I read a few reviews I hoped they wouldn't be too good to be true. Vivi's lived up to the hype!

I appreciate the attention to detail so much, and as someone sensitive to scent, am loving that my house doesn't smell like bleach or cleaning products or fake fragrance, it just smells CLEAN. They were friendly, thoughtful and clearly concerned about my needs and satisfaction. You've gained a new customer!

I cannot say enough good things about Vivi’s Cleaning Service. Our new construction dream became a nightmare when our builder was bought out by a conglomerate and then the quality turned to chaos and poor craftsmanship and a months-delayed closing. We finally were told we could close and when we got to the house for the walk through it was filthy! We were told the house cleaners had already been there. Oh no! Not at all! We are then told the cleaners would come on the afternoon of Friday, September 30, 2022 during Hurricane Ian. After hours of waiting in our new, empty, dirty house we were told they weren’t going to show. We were crushed but promised a crew would be there on Saturday. After another no show, I was on the verge of tears. The sales agent for the builder that we used reached out and told me that her personal house cleaners would be out within the hour. And along comes Vivi’s! It was like the clouds parted and the sunshine shone in! Three ladies came in and within 90 minutes had cleaned like nothing I had ever seen. They also were so thorough that they discovered many items that needed to be added to our post-closing punch list for corrections. They were all pleasant, polite and a real joy to interact with. These ladies made an 18 month drama end on a high note. They have no clue how their kindness touched me. And the icing on the cake? These ladies apologized for not being in uniform! I then learned that the real estate agent had phoned them and they dropped what they were doing and came to my new home on their time after the Hurricane! That kind of service these days is NOT the norm. I will be reaching out to Vivi’s again and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others. God Bless You and many thanks from the Stanley family!

I have had two cleaning services prior to Vivi's and from the very 1st day I was impressed, I opened the front door and I could tell that it was cleaned from top to bottom, just like they promised, so professional and I could not have asked for more. I have never had anyone clean my house but I have some resent medical issues. Vivi's cleaning service was recommend to me by a few friends. They arrived early and immediately started the job. They were here for several hours and did a remarkable job, my house smella clean, I would highly recomend this company.
