We had a patio and retaining wall installed and are so very happy with it!! Jeff is thorough, knowledgeable, and meticulous on installation and we are very happy with the final product. 10/10 would recommend!

I've had trouble for several years with a drainage issue that many have tried to fix. Also getting the grass to grow after each "fix" became a problem as well. I believe Jeff has solved it! He tore out an old walkway and put in a new one and graded everything to address the drainage. And I now have a gorgeous full lawn of grass as well.
They also seemed go above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. For example, they came back out late on a Saturday night to get the footprints out of the walkway (after the amazon delivery guy walked all over the newly poured cement!!).

Highly recommend them! I have been seeing the transformation my yard has taken since they started caring for it and im impressed! I had a real bad weed problem in my yard and my grass just wouldn’t grow. Now the grass is thriving way more than it was and i onky saw maybe one or 2 weeds this years but thats nothing since i had my whole yard covered last year. Thanks guys and i will continue to use you guys!

I have known Jeff for about 5 years now. I first found Jeff using Thumbtack back in 2015 for a landscape project. He helped out a lot by removing bushes and shrubs, fixed the crawl space by adding a vapor barrier, and other projects around the home that I couldn't do.

I have hired him now for a new house that I bought. He responded in 2 business days with a quote and everything else.

What I like about the Thompson's is that before they leave, they always show what they did and make sure that everyone is happy on the work.

At first, I was considering laying sod down myself and I can’t be more happy that I did not. I began looking around for a sod installation in my backyard, which initially looked completely awful. I came across Over The Top per the recommendation of another person and was not disappointed! Jeff was responsive and came out to give us a quote. We were looking at several options and he was patient with us while we decided what we wanted to do. The whole process was explained thoroughly and any questions were easily answered. I have a relatively large yard and the job was done with ease in a time efficient manner and it looks great! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Doug redid our drainage system and it was a terrific experience and has been a great result. He monitored the process all the way through.

Live at an residential area they service and saw one of the workers carelessly run over our internet fiber wire, glance at it, and speed away immediately on his riding mower. Like accidents happen and I hope it was an accident but after you clearly cut something that isn't meant to be cut its very unprofessional just to get as far away from it as you can immediately. Would not recommend using this company.

In their zeal to destroy everything that is not a blade of turf grass, they mowed and weed whacked most of my small townhome front yard down to the bare soil. With the heavy rain overnight and with nothing covering the ground, my yard is nothing but mud.

I think a fourteen year-old with a push mower could do a better job

I have served on the Board of Directors for the Olde Raleigh Townhomes HOA for the last 6 years. During that period, we have worked almost exclusively with Triangle Landscape Group for our community landscaping needs. I must say that Doug Holste and his team from TLG have done excellent work for our community. The lines of communication with Doug regarding standard services and/or special requests are always open and his responses are prompt. Even on the rare occasions where work done has not been to expectation, remedial actions have been prompt and complete. As an HOA organization, contracts like this are typically put out for bids from competing organizations. Pricing from TLG has always been favorable. I can recommend TLG as a trusted vendor for any community needing landscape services.

As former President and current boardmember of Bentley Ridge the Vineyard HOA Board, I highly recommend Triangle Landscape Group. They have been performing the landscaping for our 41 unit townhomes for over 2 years now. In additon they did the deep pruning which was sorely needed in 2023 and it has made a huge difference in the beauty of our neighborhood. The owner Doug Hoste has been very responsive and helpful in his recommendations for what we need to pay attention to, and has responded in a very timely manner anytime there is a question, problem, or issue. I know HOAs are difficult to work with sometimes as board members change, and it seems everyone in the community has an opinion about how much the grass should be trimmed, or when the trimming of bushes should be done, but TLG has done a great job in keeping the community happy and accommodating our needs as they change. The nice thing about dealing with TLG is that you know that you are dealing with the owner and someone who wants to assure that the community is happy. I look forward to the continued great service we are receiving from TLG.

I became acquainted with TLG last week when my child, who was driving with a learner’s permit, turned in front of one of their vehicles, causing a collision. The crew in that truck immediately called a manager that I could speak with. A short time after, another TLG crew pulled up to see if they could help. It was hot and humid, and it took over an hour for the police to arrive to write up the report. My child felt terrible for what happened and was too shaken to get out of my car. The crew was kind enough to offer us water while we were waiting.
I believe we were out there for at least 90 minutes. All eight of the men were gracious, courteous and professional. I didn’t know if I could move my car, so one of the crew set up traffic triangles to aid other drivers in going around. The accident caused some damage to their vehicle, but thankfully, no one was hurt.
I very much appreciated the kindness shown. The entire crew set a great example of how one should behave after an accident. We saw concern and respect and no sign of anger or impatience. These men made a real impression on us and represented TLG in a very positive way.
I realize that I cannot speak as to the services they provide, but I can't imagine that they operate with anything less than total professionalism and competence based on my experience after the accident.
