I have been using Arrow & Light since I moved to the area in 2018. They always provide top notch service. So far they provide lawn maintenance, garden bed maintenance and recently installed a fence for me.

I had the chance to see these guys in action installing sod on a large residence at Portofino in Clayton while I was cutting some trees at the same house. I was very impressed by the quality of work, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Ryan and his guys even offered cold water to our crew once we ran out.
Will be sending some referrals their way for sure.

They broke our sliding glass door months ago and still haven't fixed it. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Our backyard was very overgrown and had an old swing and old yard tools and anold fence. They removed it all and made the back yard look amazing!

Don't recommend doing business with these people. There is a reason they have consistently poor reviews. Their "CEO" Scott Braswell is very rude and immature when dealing with customer grievances and will not hesitate to resort to childish insults. I hired them last summer, during the winter they continued to bill me each month without even so much as visiting the property. My wife made numerous attempts to contact them not only due to the inconsistent bills but the fact when they were coming out during the summer months they would carelessly run over and break things in the yard such as meter boxes or water valve covers without even informing us of the damages. They also don't tell you when they will be visiting so it's impossible to plan for them to show up. It was not until I stopped paying them and filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency that I received a very rude and condescending response in the form of a letter in which their CEO called me childish and preposterous for asking his business for any evidence that their duties were performed during the winter months they billed me. This business is a scam and I wouldn't be surprised if there is already a case file on them even before my complaint. I highly recommend that the other people who have complained on here or those reading this that feel cheated, please report them to the NC Consumer Protection Agency so we can make sure others aren't getting taken advantage of by this awful company.

Wonderful service and always straight forward and honest. We have nothing but positive things to say MBGNC. Work is always completed professionally and exactly to our liking. They are very easy to work with and have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. You will not regret using MBGNC.

There name suits them perfectly. They mow blow and go don't expect edging and wead eating. Scalping and digging ruts (from turning the zero turn tight) should be added to there list of specialties. I tried to reach out to Scott several times regarding this (he doesn't like phones) so I emailed pictures on different occasions. I got a few excuses and the same sub par service needless to they are no long servicing my yard.

Scott did great work with my family's deck. We are very pleased and will definitely be doing work with him again and recommending him to everyone we know.

Reached out to them, spoke with them on the phone, agreed upon a price, and when they came out apparently charged 20 dollars more for the first visit. I work from home, and noted their arrival and departure for the 2 visits they completed. The guys who did it even admitted they didn't do the entire yard the first visit due to it being a little wet.

When I emailed the company about this, they said it was on their website, which was never mentioned during our conversation, and told me my account was closed. Not a great experience, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
