They replaced my entire system in one day. So kind, polite and professional! Pricing was very reasonable at a time when nothing is priced reasonable. I’m very glad I chose them. I had 4 companies give me a bid and picked the company that made me feel comfortable about such a large expense.

Dustin did a great job taking care of my broken capacitor. Was able to come out same day and correct the issue for a reasonable price. Will be continuing to use his services!!

This is the second time that I used Home Comfort Systems. I am very happy to say that I a reliable and honest HVAC repairman! Both times that I needed HomeComfort, they were able to fit me in immediately. Even though thier schedule was full, they came late to fix my HVAC system. I highly recommend them!

Dustin came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I appreciated that he was willing to explain everything and answer my questions. He showed genuine interest, not a rush job or trying to sell something into his attitude. There is a marked difference after the repair.

Just moved into a home and the HVAC wasn't great, but Home Comfort Systems greatly improved it according to my budget. Dustin really knows his trade - he figured out part of the problem was that the drain pan was tilted at the wrong angle. I appreciate his ability to explain in a way that I understood.

Dustin Doyle came to my house and provided an estimate for a new HVAC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable of HVAC systems and provided extensive details about the available products. Unfortunately, we went with a different vendor, but would look forward to working with Dustin again in the future.

We have been very impressed with the level of expertise and quality of work from Home Comfort Systems. Their communication and timekeeping have been faultless. When they are at your home they are polite and courteous, and when they leave the house is exactly as it was before they started work. We are very happy to recommend Home Comfort Systems for any HVAC needs.

My condenser unit outside went down (after making some alarming noises) and I called Home Comfort Systems up the next morning. Spoke with Dustin, who said he could make it out that same day (in the afternoon), which was relieving to hear since I wasn't sure how long to expect my AC to be unusable. Sure enough, Dustin and another member of his team arrived only a few hours later.

They found the issue quickly, explained to me what the problem was (a dead capacitor — a common failure), and answered some questions I had that further taught me how the whole system worked. That was appreciated.

While the repair was being made, I had an enjoyable chat with Dustin. Normally I feel uncomfortable talking with people I've just met (especially if I've just hired them to fix a stressful problem like a broken AC) but Dustin is so easygoing that it was honestly a pleasure. I'm a bit surprised at myself, but it's true.

They had everything fixed and working again inside of an hour. (Including a preventative part replacement that I opted to have them do as well.) Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and why, and what everything would cost. I was grateful for their clarity and transparency.

To sum up, I'm glad I picked Home Comfort Systems because (1) they did the job well and did it quick, (2) Dustin put me at ease while the repair was being made, and (3) I prefer to support newer, smaller business when I can.

If/when I have any more HVAC problems (I'm crossing my fingers I don't anytime soon), I'll definitely be calling them back.

This is our new go-to HVAC repair place. Dustin was great, on time, honest, quick repair. What I really liked was he gave us a breakdown of what was going on and options to save some money. They are a newer company from what he told me and are sure to grow quick with this type service!

Dusty is the BEST!! He was honest about what we needed, what was optional, what the cost would be, etc. When we needed urgent service, he adjusted his schedule to fit us in. The prices were fair. The office receptionist was friendly and helpful. I don't have anything negative to say. I highly recommend this company!

Dustin arrived within time frame I was told. He took his time and examined my unit inspection for the winter very thoroughly. He was nice and explained everything in detail. Yes I would highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the service provided by Home Comfort Systems, Jonathan Toole, and their whole team. Our A/C stopped working one night and they were able to come out and fix the problem by the next day. The whole team was very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions, explaining the process as they went, and were very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them and will be continuing to work with them for our future home needs.

He was able to diagnose the issue with my A/C and fix at a very reasonable price - my A/C had been giving me issues all weekend and my original service provider flaked this morning and told me they can't get here until next week but Dustin was able to accommodate service and repair in a matter of hours. I woke up at 0300 and it was 81 degrees in the house. Couldn’t self diagnose at 0315 and had to get to work. I called them just after 0800 and they were able to get me taken care of by 1400 hours. Phone call was pleasant and professional. The technician Jonathan T. was very professional and was willing to explain anything I had questions about and he even pointed out a busted water line to my backyard hose that I never use, luckily it only leaks when turned on. Great job Jonathan!! Thank you for getting to me on a hot day and the day before July 4th. Very much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so pleased I signed up for the maintenance plan:-)

I've been using Home Comfort and Dustin Doyle for over a year now to inspect, maintain and repair the HVAC systems in our house that we have owned since 2007. Dustin is kind of a modest guy, but he really knows his systems and understands the need to put options in front of customers and how to work through various topics so that people are confident they are getting what they need/want, and not having something extra foisted upon them. Last summer our Carrier Gas Pack was having issues with the A/C circuit, and Dustin came up with a viable repair that is still working today (just did the spring inspection). At the same time our upstairs heat pump, which we had to recharge last summer, was obviously non-functional due to an R410a leak. Dustin gave me a host of options, including replacing the suspected leaking part in the air handler unit, replacing the airhandler completely, and then a range of complete system change outs ranging from a basis replacement of what we had for $7300 all the way up to the very best and most recent systems with variable speed air handles and compressor systems for close to 20k. We opted for a complete system swap and it was completed on Friday in the space of about 6 hours. Been working great all weekend and I'm confident it will continue to function well for hopefully the next 10-15 years. Long story short, I really trust these guys and never feel forced into anything, and when they say they will do it, they do it and for the exact quoted price. Workers are good and considerate. Really a good group to do business with and I really felt they cared and gave personal attention to our needs. The team is thorough. Obviously, I feel very good about who they are as a company and their approach to finding good solutions for our HVAC needs.

As always, Dustin has been an exceptional technician that goes well beyond his expectancy of his duties. He explains everything so that I can completely understand the service performed. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a service. He is a very reliable tech within this company. I will always recommend him for my service needs.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Home Comfort Systems. Mr. Doyle was on time, extremely professional, down to earth and took time to explain and breakdown exactly what the problem was with our HVAC. I appreciated his straightforward demeanor, didn’t put any pressure on purchasing a maintenance plan and left a great impression on our household. Because of that, I went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan feeling that level of reassurance if something does go wrong we‘ll he taken care of.

Dustin was great. Heat pump stopped cooling, and I called them out. refrigerant was empty. Dustin was more than happy to get it up and running again, but there was obviously a leak and who knew how long it would last. He laid out what it would cost to add refrigerant, find the leak, and troubleshoot any other issues. It is a 20-30+ year old unit so I felt it was well beyond its operating life and on borrowed time. I will end up getting a new unit, but at no point felt pressured to do so. Dustin wanted to do what he could to add value and reduce the price where possible. He was great to work with.

They actually answered the phone when I called for service. Jaylen was out 2.5 hours later (in June !). He was quick, thorough and polite. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
