Thermostat Masters - This Team (Jenn, Bradley, Avery & Riley) has done a great job in replacing the AC & HVAC unit at my home. The entire team is very professional, courteous and very easy to work with. I trust the team for the quality of their work and the quality of the units I have purchased from them.

Riley, Jenn, and the team are amazing!!! After getting other quotes to replace my HVAC unit they were #1. Not only did I select them because of price, they were approachable, very pleasant, and I felt that I could trust them. They got the new unit ordered, removed the old one, and installed the new one with no problems at all. They were prompt, efficient , and the new unit works way better than I expected. From the initial estimate until the finished install everything was OUTSTANDING!!! I'm very happy to finally have heat & air again.

Riley and his team were extremely attentive to the project. They had already thought about every single detail that I asked for, and they were extraordinarily courteous and thorough in the job that they completed. Hiring these guys was like hiring my own consultant to make sure the job is done perfectly. I highly recommend them!

I'm very satisfied with the service and communications provided keeping me up to date on appointments and expected times of arrival. The service techs are very knowledgeable and ensures you know what's going on and understand the steps taken to rectify the problem at hand.

You'll wish you found these guys ages ago. We've been trying to get our system fixed for months, and Thermostat Masters was the only ones who could fix it.

I knew immediately things were going to be different when Riley said that other than the flat rate service fee, he wouldn't charge me for the leak detection if they didn't find the leak. Why does no one else do this?? I had already paid nearly a thousand dollars to different HVAC companies for their "leak detection" that never actually found where the leak was.
Riley found the leak, repaired the leak, and then spent multiple extra hours testing the system to make sure everything worked properly. He was communicative, knowledgeable, fair, and trusting.

I hope they stay in business as long as I own a house, because there's no one else I would want to call.

Came out for an emergency phone call. Got my unit working less than an hour. I recommend this company. Technician Bradley got me fixed.

Our heat was not working. Bradley came out and did a thorough investigation, taking pictures and notes. He found the issue and gave us pointers on what to do if it happens again. Very courteous and professional, this is the best HVAC company we've used.

I cannot be more pleased with my experience with Thermostat Masters! As a first time homeowner there are several things I was unaware I should be doing - HVAC maintenance being one of them. I met the great owners of Thermostat Masters at the Home Show and they were understanding, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt no judgement from them for neglecting my unit for 2 years. Scheduling my service appointment was quick and easy. Bradley, my technician, showed up on time and was incredibly polite. He checked my units, showed me small issues we could tweak to make them run better, and taught me things to keep an eye on. He had my service done quickly and efficiently. I'm so happy to have found a trustworthy company to help keep my home running smoothly! I will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Bradley was the ice on the cake. From my first call to Jenny to Bradley being scheduled was heart warming. Top notch customer service by them two.
Bradley was polite and understanding. He was on time and made it easy to understand what was going on with my boiler and called my warranty people and came out and finished up when the parts came in. Bradley is the man to do your work. I am very pleased so far.

Very prompt, great service. AC went out in the evening, put in an inquiry, they were out the next morning and the entire system replaced by dinner. I didn't get any other quotes directly but researched what others paid in the area and it seemed in line with going rates (lower than many) All workers were clean, professional, super competent and fast.

I must say Riley was everything I had read about him! When I tell you he give the best customer service ever! He made sure I understood everything that was going on and needed to happen. And the price was so reasonable which I greatly appreciated. I will be using them for any future issues I may have with my A/C. I highly recommend them to anyone. Reilly with Thermostat Masters is quick to respond in offering answers to my questions. He provided text messages when he and the company would arrive that was doing the load calculation. They all arrived on time.

Update: we signed up for the annual servicing plan. Bradley came out today to perform the maintenance. I was alerted when he was on his way to my home. He was very professional, took pictures of our unit and explained all that he had done. Very happy with the company and the work they do!

I was given the contact information for Thermostat Masters from a friend after my HVAC system stopped working. I called and talked to Jenn, who was very kind and professional. Riley came out to assess the situation and did a very thorough review. He took pictures of everything and took the time to explain everything to me-from what looked good, to recommendations, to what needed to be fixed.
