It’s rare to meet someone as genuine, kind, and dedicated as Randy. Even though the core issue stemmed from our rental company’s refusal to replace the unit, Randy did everything in his power to keep it running and ensure our home stayed as comfortable as possible. He’s been out to our place multiple times, always with the same level of care and professionalism.

Update: for a maintenance service, they’re great. If you need replacement parts, definitely not the folks to turn to.

I was charged ~$390 for a basic capacitor replacement — a 10-minute job with a $15 part. When I questioned the price, I was told “it’s the going rate.” I understand emergency pricing, but this felt like a significant markup and poor transparency. I won’t be using them again. It included a $89 diagnostic fee. For a simple condenser compressor replacement that takes around 15 minutes, this is robbery.

We rent, and the property management company keeps sending this company. The heats works for a couple of days, then we start again. The problem never gets fixed.
