Service techs that arrived had never worked on my Kitchenaid combo microwave and oven wall unit. I had to Google and show them where the interior light was located. The light was installed; however, the microwave will still shut off if the lower oven is in use. You have to stand and hold the door for it to run. Very disappointed and don't want to try to set more apps and waste my time waiting for techs to return
