Thank you to the Recore employee who was at a gas station in Altamonte Springs, Florida on Saturday, February 20, 2021 mid morning. He guided the U Haul truck I rented by giving me hand signals and making sure that I didn't hit anything (including his work truck lol..lol ). He was wearing his mask and he is a hero in my eyes. I had the disclosure of meeting with their head project manager. Cocky and disrespectful are an understatement. Would never use these guys.

Terrible company. Service techs are rude and completely unprofessional. When you call to talk to a supervisor the girl in the office says there is nobody....apparently no oversight to the field crews at all. Definitely will avoid at all costs.

Never had the service but like for you all to know your driver truck #43 can’t talk and drive at the same time. Nearly caused an accident by cutting off other drivers.

Waited for months for install, then they dug without having buried lines identified, so cut the cable line. Did NOT call before coming (showed up 7:30am with no notice after waiting months). This company is destructive and unprofessional. Avoid if at all possible.

Hired them through Duke Energy and I had to fire the electrician on the spot for his repeated unprofessionalism. My last straw was when he called me (the homeowner) a liar. Feel a little better after coming on here and seeing the repeated reviews for unprofessionalism. Do not use this company for something as imperative as electrical or plumbing.

I buy Duke energy insurance for water heater and the Duke energy sent my info to Dallas plumbing to repair for water heater. They called, asked my info about the water heater and schedule to replace it. When the team come they put on the heater, they called and asked me( im at work my sister in law at home) if they can leave the old water heater up in the attic, but I told them " can you try to bring the old water heater down because I don't think in the attic can hold two of the water heater, finally they did. But when I come home and check on the water heater, the Dallas team put in the water heater 30gal instead of 50gal ( our house has 50 gal water heater). I called them the next morning and the lady told me that her team said they put in the 40 gal. I lucky did take the picture of my old and new( the one they just put in) and sent it to them. Finally they say they will put in 50 gal water heater for me next week. and next week they come 4 in the after noon instead of 9 am appointment. The team come and put on the 50gal water heater for me, after that I test the heat of the water but its not hot. I asked the team and they said I had to wait for 45 mins. I wait until 2 hour and the water still not hot. So I have to go upstair and take a look at the water heater, I find out they did not turn the switch on, the gas is not on. Im so frustrated with this company i wish I didn't buy the insurance with Duke energy because everything is the mess with this company. If I can give them 0 star I will.
