The wait for an appointment was not bad at all. They are also very responsive as well as “prompt” for their arrival time. The work was not rushed whatsoever and the quality was above expectations. I would surely use this company again in the future and fully recommend them for quality work.

High Performance Carpet Care is aptly named. They are high performance indeed. I have an upstairs with wall to wall carpeting that is 15 years old. After they cleaned it, it looked like a new carpet throughout. I could not be more pleased. They showed up on time and worked solidly until done. The cleaners were very professional and friendly. Their pricing is highly competitive!! I highly recommend this company.

These guys are the best and they’re the only ones we call to clean our carpets anymore. They’re so quick and so good! This high traffic home with kids and pets has carpet that is about 7 years old, but you’d never know it.
