Thomas did a great job today fixing my irrigation issues and taking down some large maple branches for me. He was super helpful in explaining some of the issues and I would be glad to have them help out again. Thanks Thomas!

Our grass always looks amazing at Sam’s Xpress car wash at cherry road. BJ does a really good job making sure everything is cut right, maintained properly and never missing spots. Always willing to take request if something needs to be done a specific way.

I can solidly recommend Restoration Landscapes! When we needed a budget and plan for drainage on our new construction project, Josh and the entire Restoration Landscapes team jumped in and helped us develop and execute a great plan. Rain water used to come down the driveway and pool near the front of the house and our gutter lines had no drainage solution. Now all water has a clear path that drains around the house and through the backyard far away from any foundation and away from our neighbor’s property.
They brought different solutions, integrating a combination of custom grading (RJ is a master on an excavator), slopes/trenches/berms, catch basins, yard drains, rip rap, river rock, and pine straw - and they talked me through the entire process which gave me a high degree of confidence it would work.
I’ve really enjoyed partnering with their team—communication was terrific throughout the project, and I appreciated how they kept my wife and I in the loop. It’s clear they care about doing the job right (best evidenced by the many pictures and videos they sent during heavy rain storms that field-tested each element of the project).
I highly recommend them for grading and drainage work!

They do oak ridge off of 10 in Newton, absolutely horrible. Never edge the concrete, no weeds knocked down in beds by roadway, no spraying, trimmer kid looks list all the time and they flat trim, badly BTW, in areas that cud be easily mowed, it's just not what one shud or wud expect from a company

Overall, a great landscaping company. They make sure the job is done correctly. The only thing I would say can improve is the removal and prevention of weed growth. Once I talked with them they were sure to take care of it. Zane’s crew is always on top of it!

Eddie did GREAT with our lawn. Could not have asked for better. He really went above and beyond. Great customer service, gets the job done. 👏 10/10 with the added bonus of watching the sweat drip off him from the window. ;)

I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Restoration Landscaping LLC, which is contracted to perform lawn care in my neighborhood. On September 6th, my vehicle was damaged; specifically, the rear passenger window of my car was shattered. Despite attempts to reach out to the company, they have refused to take ownership of the incident, stating that since their employee didn’t report the damage, they aren't responsible.

The nature of lawn care services means that incidents like this are reactive, not proactive. As a resident who works from home, I cannot stop everything I’m doing to constantly record their work in anticipation of mistakes. Instead, these incidents are observed after the fact and reported. I’ve seen their negligence firsthand on multiple occasions, with debris being carelessly blown onto my car (a white BMW) after many services with no regard to personal property. Yet this is the first time damage was a result of it. They come out Thursdays & Fridays to our property.

It’s incredibly unfortunate that this situation has caused me a huge inconvenience, where more action must be taken. Additionally, due to the tint on my window and the company's lack of attention, it’s very likely that they simply overlooked the incident. I have reached out with several communication and invited the company owner, to inspect my vehicle, where they can see the damage firsthand. There is a clear indention on the lower part of the window, consistent with a pebble impact that shattered the glass with significant force. The only reason the window has remained intact for now is because of the tint holding it together as I await repairs.

Restoration Landscaping LLC’s lack of accountability is alarming. The HOA continues to contract them, and it seems they will never own up to any damages caused to personal property. If you’re considering hiring them, be aware that they may not take responsibility for any incidents. This situation demands immediate attention, and I strongly caution others against using their services.

I have reviewed your response to the investigation, and I want to clarify a few points. From my perspective and based on the original communication from the property manager, it is evident that your team did not conduct a thorough assessment of the situation. The rapid timeline between when the incident was reported and your response indicates that a proper investigation did not take place.

It is also clear that you are avoiding accountability by adding unnecessary details about other people opting to pay out of pocket. However, this is irrelevant to my situation. As I've already mentioned, both myself and others in the community have witnessed consistent negligence on the part of your workers. I have personally seen your team using the blower with little attention to direction or caution. The worker I observed was simply blowing debris in all directions, without regard for what was around him.

The pictures speak for themselves, and anyone can clearly see the presence of pebbles and the damage done. I work from home, and my car rarely moves, which only reinforces the fact that this incident occurred while your team was working in the area. There is no indication that a proper investigation was done, and your dismissal of the possibility that the blower could have caused the damage seems based on assumption rather than fact.

Furthermore, the company’s continued avoidance of accountability raises additional concerns. It’s likely this lack of responsibility is why one of your employees, as many in the community have witnessed, does lawn care while carrying a firearm. This kind of behavior reflects a broader issue within your company; doing whatever it takes to avoid accountability. The communication I’ve received, both in this review response and in your email to me, is full of the same dismissive language, clearly signaling that you have no intention of taking responsibility for what happened, regardless of what the community has witnessed.

This was my first year using "Restoration Landscapes, LLC for any lawn care services. This company provided me with an "exemplary" customer care service experience. Whenever I called their office, "Lisa" was simply a "breath of fresh air", and truly knowledgeable. Lisa's consistent positive attitude, friendly demeanor and empathetic nature was really refreshing. Also, the Lawn Care Technician who delivered our "Aeration and Seeding Service" last week was "wonderful. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. The stated Technician arrived on time, clearly explained what he would be doing and promptly notified me of any situations that I needed to be aware of. Moreover, I truly appreciated his kindness, courtesy and professionalism as he diligently completed the scheduled work assignment. Thank you "Restoration Landscapes, LLC", for delivering "exemplary" lawn care service.
