I've never used Kemco. But I know anytime you get near a Kemco truck on the road, WATCH OUT!! They drive like maniacs! They have no regard for anyone on the road. I've been cut off by them on multiple occasions in Graham. Do better!

Terrible, I reached out though duke energy warranty company in regards to my AC not cooling effectively, Kemco was dispatched which was not a problem , the dispatch team was very nice. But There was some Guy name Carlos Dispatched and the first thing he says is "Oh I believe you have a leak, leak detection its $400.00 and I am like umm, how can you certify its a leak when there are plenty of ac units that need a recharge every two to 5 years , you did not even ask the last time I have had my unit service or any other foundation information. " His answer was like well it low, I ask well how much is Freon , " ?He then says theirs nothing I can do until you pay the $400.00." I then stated if you cant not show me any proof beyond your word I don't want your services". He then says "well I need my $75.00 and that when I said "I will not be paying you anything you can leave" He stated "that's cool I will make sure Duke Energy puts it on your bill". I am not sure who this guy thinks is boo boo the fool but If you don't give a person true diagnostic Information . Who is just going trust what you "believe" , Documentation is everything if you can not prove it I am going to just pay a ever growing cost.

UPDATE: Chris from Kemco Electric came out today to wire up and rewire for my generator interface today and all I can say is he did not disappoint! ORIGINAL REVIEW: (and still true) Every once in a while, you come across the company who takes care of you so well that you wonder if they’re too good to be true. Let me just tell you that from the receptionist, to scheduling, to the estimate to the text that came out have been top shelf! Steve came out to quote me on my whole house generator, which is yet to be scheduled but also to look at the pool situation. I believe the text name that came out this morning was Chris, and I wanted to give them all a shout out for Their work, ethics and speed and attention to detail. They are fast, courteous, they know what customer care is about, and to watch these guys work today to sniff out my pool house wire that got severed after my fence was put in? They diagnosed it, found it and repaired it all within an hour and a half. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs. You won’t be disappointed.
