Really fantastic experiences with this company. Our AC and heating systems are regularly serviced by them; whenever we have a problem between services, they come out very promptly and fixed the system (sometimes without extra charge). Highly recommend!

Robert helped me about 11 years ago when my system just would not work right. In fact after 3 other repairmen worked on it he was the one who really figured out the problem and fixed it. I finally had him put a new unit in and it has been going all this time with only one repair. The guys that come to the house are polite, helpful, informative. Bobby has come to service my unit a few times and I feel like he knows the unit well and does a thorough check to make sure everything is running right . He is very nice and respectful. The unit is now out of warranty and may need to be replaced in the future. I know that Last Call will be the only place I will call for a replacement. I could not go anywhere else and feel as confident with my decision.

I woke up to a freezing house on a Sunday morning. Rodney was there within an hour of receiving the request. He figured out what was wrong, ordered the part and got it installed within 24 hours. I'm so grateful for his help. He was also really cheerful and very Covid safe.

I am in a rental property and the property management company contacted Last Call to take a look at the system. Matt, the technician, inspected the system and took the time to explain that the blower motor was blown and he had to order a part. I expected it to take a few days to get the part, but he was back later that afternoon and replaced the motor. Ahhh...relief! I am grateful for his timely response in expediting the completion of the job. I recommend Last Call for First Rate service.

I have had a broken heat pump since March. I have a very tight budget. Rodney came out and fixed it and was very knowledgable, friendly, on time, and personable. Great job for a decent price! Totally earned my business for years to come!

Last Call HVAC has done a very professional and courteous job. The timeline they gave was right "on time" and they explained and followed through on their estimate which was a great help to us not only fixing the problem but also setting up a service agreement for the rest of the year. We are very satisfied and recommend them highly.

Great experience! Super friendly. Called at 8:30 and they had a full schedule, but the service manager was here in an hour. Quick fix on a contactor. Replacement explaination was very clear. Glad to have a local provider I feel I can rely on.

Last Call HVAC replaced both of my air handler units this summer (2015) and did a wonderful job. The upstairs unit was an exceptionally challenging install, but Rob and Lee (and Lee) got it done in one day! They even helped me diagnose a water intrusion problem that wasn't related to the unit.

The downstairs unit has been more challenging, not as a result of the install but because of vibration caused by the unit. Last Call came out 3 times until they had it fixed right, and were courteous and punctual each time. Can't ask for more than that! Rob and Lee (and Lee) again are friendly, punctual, and respond to your questions and concerns quickly and professionally.

They came after hours due to an “accident” with our thermostat and Rodney, Rob and Aaron are the best!
I would not hesitate to refer or suggest them to anyone looking at any type of heating and or a/c unit.

Rodney and his team were just super-- I scheduled at 9:30pm on a Sunday night, and they were there at 9am the next day!. AND everything was handled online and via text (~AMAZING~). Service was trustworthy, fairly price, and I was well-informed of the problem, diagnosis and solution. Will definitely be using again, and highly recommend to all!

We had a need for a service call and Rodney Phillips came out. He was so informative. He solved our problems, the price was reasonable. He also spent time educating us on the replacement of our AC with how the units work on saving energy and money. We learned a great deal in just a short period of time about our builder basic unit and units that would operate more efficiently and economically.. He earned our trust and we will always request him, and when we do need a new unit, he will be the installer for sure. I have already given him references to my friends and neighbors.
