GE Appliance services is a complete fraud! Never ever purchase a GE refrigerator from Best Buy. Worst warranty service ever. If your refrigerator is in need of repair or replacement don't expect GE Appliance Services to help you. You call them, they hang up the phone or don't answer whenever they do pick up the phone. If they do come to your house, they fix nothing. They just give you the run around. Read several 1 star reviews online after I mistakenly purchased the refrigerator from Best Buy. Money wasted because I couldn't get a refund due to GE having a 1 year manufacturer warranty before Best Buy's Geek Squad extended warranty kicks in. So, you are stuck with a none working "new" GE refrigerator for a whole year with GE Appliance Services not holding up their end of the bargain. The refrigerator does not keep the food cold so your new groceries is constantly spoiling. Read several reviews of the same thing happening to other people. At the end, I had to purchase a new refrigerator of a different brand after paying around $800 for the GE refrigerator about 8 months ago. I only got a refund for the Best Buy Geek Squad extended protection. No refund for the refrigerator.
