My husband and I have never been so pleased with our new bathrooms we had replaced this week. Darias, Jaland, Richard, and Jashawn were extremely competent. They worked quickly and made sure we understood all the phases of planning for each level of completion. These gentlemen made sure each area was cleaned thoroughly each day before they left. The guys came in and steady worked on our walk I shower. Justin Balsama and Carl C done a fantastic job on our shower, gave us all the information we needed and cleaned up our bathroom. It looked better than when they started. Thank you West Shore Home and to Carl and Justin.

Garrett M., Michael J., and Stephen G. Were wonderful. They explained what they were going to do beforehand, listened to my concerns, worked steadily until the job was completed. They left the area cleaner than they found it. They had a camaraderie that was noticeable, soft spoken and kind. When we get ready to install our replacement window (which we need to get before it gets too cold), I would be delighted if they came back to install it.

We had an excellent experience with West Shore Home, and I want to specifically recognize Ismael, Cameron, and Conner for their outstanding work on our bathroom installation.

They worked an incredible 22 hours, even in winter weather, and truly went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only was the quality of their work top-notch, but they also took extra time to thoroughly check for any additional water damage to make sure everything was done right — something we greatly appreciated.

And did I mention the cleanup? The cleanup was exceptional. They left the space spotless and even hauled off all the trash, which made the entire experience completely stress-free.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job correctly did not go unnoticed. We are extremely happy with the final result and very grateful for the care they put into our home. Highly recommend West Shore Home and this amazing team!

I am so pleased with everything about my experience with West Shore! Sam S. was so knowledgeable about everything regarding the company, the selection samples, and payment options. The installers, Philip W. and Carl C. were top notch professionals. They were courteous to me and considerate of my home. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. My new shower is just beautiful!!

Maurice Turner had to come back after the shower was installed because the door was back ordered. He did a great job in an efficient time. All the team members that came did an excellent job. Highly recommend West Shore Homes!

Called to get a quote on some windows and doors. Scheduled to have them come out and it was something. The guy was asking questions about everything in our house. Everything from where our bathroom was located, who did our cabinets in the kitchen, asking about things around the house and everything. Was very nosy. It's one thing to converse or relate about something unique you see to discuss a common ground. This was just a very nosy conversation he was having, and it was long before getting to what he was there for. We also got a quote for windows that we'd have to settle for. Options were limited and more so the color/painting options versus buying windows for less that were US made and colored material from another company with a great warranty. The warranty here is not good at all. The quote was much higher for less quality product. We did not choose to move forward mainly because of how nosy the sales guy was, limited options and especially because he did a scripted sales tactic while at our house. He literally called his boss to "approve" a discount for putting a sign in our yard. You should know, we live on a dead-end road with no traffic and he was on the phone doing the whole pony show talking up how good that advertising would be with a sign in our yard and "convincing" his boss to give us some sort of deal. Don't like the smoke and mirror show. Wise people see right through it and we for sure don't like nosy strangers in our home.

Absolutely the best thing we’ve done in years. Philip and Justin were an excellent team and did an amazing job. Philip went over detail when they were finished and we had complete confidence in their work. I highly recommend WestShore Home. What they advertise on TV is exactly what we received and more.

Jashawn, Carl, Peyton, Justin and Cory were all very professional,
and conscientious about doing a job beyond the allotted five stars allowed to choose from. They worked from start to finish and left my home looking beautiful with a blue ribbon showmanship. I would recommend these guys and your company to all my family and friends if they were in need of your services.

We highly recommend West Shore Home. From Sam’s first initial visit explaining products, installation process and cost, we were very impressed. A remodel date/time was scheduled and employees arrived timely. Steve and team quickly began the remodel process and we could not have been more pleased. Steve, Cuffee and John are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. We will certainly use West Shore Home in the future and request Sam and Steve to assist us with the project.

These guys were awesome to work with and did a fantastic job on our two new showers! Chris, Peyton, Carl, and Richard remodeled both of our showers in one day and were fast, kind, respectful, and did quality work. This review is just for the lead worker, Carl,!and the 2nd lead worker, Jayshawn. It is not a review about West Shore Home Bath remodeling. Carl and Jayshawn showed up on time and were professional, knowledgeable and personable. They worked non-stop from 9am until 7pm even when the snow storm was moving in. They can be trusted and stayed and worked until the job was finished. The issues I have are with West Shore Home Bath management, not these two very hard and diligent workers. They did everything that was expected and went above and beyond to get my bath remodeled in one day. I will follow up with management on issues they had no say in or no control over. Thank you Carl and Jayshawn for all you did knowing you left my house at 7pm and had to get home prior to the snowstorm moving in that night. You both deserve raises for your efforts. I appreciated your hard work and staying until the job was completed without taking a break!

Frank was on time, did a nice job installing the water shut offs for our shower. He layed down towels in the work area and left everything clean when he was done. He is a friendly, respectful person. I would recommend West Shore for your new shower. Tell them I said so.

My experience is as follows
They were on time very professional knowledgeable courteous. They explained everything that they were going to do. Hard working men Darias S. and Mashaun M.
They laid the drop cloths down and left the place clean. If l had my own company would hire them hard working men and committed and take pride in their work keep up the good work hard work does pay off.

Had my sliding door replaced by Ashton f and Dondrail G. Excellent crew did a fine job and really explained the process very well.

Axel B, Jamar A, Austin P, Alex N, Peyton S these guys showed up at my house and went straight to work. I had 12 windows to replace. In 4 hours the old windows had been taken out and replaced and all the trim put on and they were ready to leave. These five guys were very respectful and courteous. They cleaned all the debris up and took it with them. They are definitely very hard workers. I would highly recommend West Shore Homes and these installers. Before and after pictures attached. When Renewal by Anderson said the couldn’t do it because of the size, we called West Shore Homes and they came out and measured and said they could do it. Not a problem. Thank you Frank for tightening things up in 1 and 2nd bathrooms. Very pleasant person to talk with, took his time to correct the issues. He is very knowledgeable of the job and he displays excellent quality. I am very pleased with the repair but dis appointed about the style of the shower doors because of their design when cleaning water comes out onto my floor. thanks Westshore but y’all need to consider a different product of shower doors. Other than that staff is pleasure and welling to try. Thanks

Service Tech Frank Scofield came to our house today to repair shower caulk that had worked its way loose. He was prompt, courteous and did a thorough job re-caulking the base of our shower.
