Hannah was very nice, tried to convince me of problem solving abilities. However, did not fix my problem with smoke backing up in the house.Unable to use my fireplace.

Hannah and Caleb were very professional and personable, showed up on time, and went right to work accessing the chimney situation. After showing me the creosote build up with the camera, they removed it, cleaned up leaving no mess. What a pleasant experience for me the homeowner and we’ve had awesome fires in our fireplace this week. Thank you Hannah and Caleb

Hannah was great, we needed a special order cap and it arrived and was installed about a week later. They removed four old bird nests from our chimney and cleaned it out. In total about 3.5 hours of work was done over two visits and they charged $700 for everything. First time hiring a chimney sweep for work so I have no comparison but I'd recommend PCC based on my experience so far.
