We were in need of an electrical transformer pretty quickly and didn't have time for it to be shipped. I drove from Georgia to North Carolina and even though I would arrive after they closed, Billy Norman stayed around and waited for my arrival and helped me load it into my truck and secure it from the return trip. Great customer service will use them for our electrical needs for sure!!

First service great guys honest, clean your name. It was a great dealing with this company.

Had an Electrical issue yesterday. Definitely thought I could fix it. Went to Home Depot and got a GFCI outlet. I installed it.. nothing haha. My wife looked up an Electrician on Google and just threw a dart. Landed on Mr. Sparky. I called and a nice lady picked up. Don’t remember her name but, I let her know what was happening and she walked me through getting a job setup. I pressed her about trying to get someone out that night and she was able to get Derrick out the same day. Derrick was a legit nice and knowledgeable guy. After he found out what was happening he let me know what was going on and the cost. Like… when the cost is unexpected it super sucks lol but, the rate was super fair. They also absorbed the dispatch fee into the cost. Seeing that Derrick was by himself he asked if I was okay with sending someone the next morning. I was. He would have stayed to do it by the way. This was probably 7:30 pm at that point. So he scheduled Angel and Miguel for 8-10 the next morning. They were there right at 8. Two super nice and professional young men. They were clean and courteous. The job seemed to be fairly quick as they had to install a whole circuit. Again, it super sucks when this stuff happens out of nowhere but Mr Sparky made it a smooth situation. Would recommend.

I want to say I just witnessed without doubt the most outstanding professional I've ever seem in my 54 years..If i had my own company the technician named Mack would hands down be my right hand man..Anyone and everyone will see what I say is spot on if your lucky enough to have Mack show up to help...
