J S Wood Flooring did an excellent job refinishing our floors. They were very professional the whole way through the process...from the prompt response of providing a quote, their constant communications during the job, to the follow-up work on our last minute change requests. Their knowledge and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Removing the dark stain from our floors, now the house feels brighter and more open. We couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend this company to all.

Javier did a great job refinishing our white oak floors and adding new oak floors to match. We needed this done quickly prior to moving into our new home and his crew got the job done very quickly!

I hired Javier last minute for a commercial location tile emergency and he was onsite within less then 30 minutes and repaired before the store opened up. I highly recommend his services. Great Guy!

We decided at the last minute to get our floors refinished while we were out of town for a few days at a wedding. After a Google search I called and Javier came to give a quote the next day and we decided to begin the work the very next week after I had several different companies come give estimates on the work. To say I am happy is an absolute understatement. Javier and his crew did such an amazing job on our floors. There were many spots that were badly worn and stained. Some repair work to be done and they transformed this space from the tired old orangy oak tone to a beautiful warm rustic feel. Javier was so nice from start to finish, was fast and responsive and he and his crew were here on time every morning. They did a lot of prep all around the house taping and putting up plastic to make sure nothing was damaged and cleaned up so well you’d never have known they were here. He also beat the price of 4 other estimates that we had done. If you are looking to have any work done, he’s an awesome choice. Highly recommend! Here’s some after photos. I am shocked! I can’t believe this is my house!!! 🤩

Also to note- Not only were they customer oriented from the start, they were just so nice Javier even helped me carry my baby in her car seat to my car Monday morning as I was quickly trying to get my things together and out the door for them to begin their work. The way they interacted with us really made you feel like family.

In the process of remodeling our Kitchen we discovered that the Wood Flooring in our Kitchen had been installed around the old Cabinetry. We this being the case, we needed to have this issue rectified before our Cabinet Contractor would install the new Cabinets, so we reached out to Javier at J&S Wood Flooring. Javier and his Crew showed up the day after demolition of the old Kitchen was completed. His Crew quickly and efficiently installed new wood flooring where it had been missing and seamlessly blended the new flooring into the original. Once all new Cabinetry was installed, Javier's Crew returned to fully Sand, Stain, and Refinish the Floors in not only the Kitchen, but also the Powder Room, Dinning and Family Rooms as well; as the Wood Flooring was continuous in all 4 Rooms. The Crew was fantastic, they ensured that plastic was hung to protect the new Cabinets as well as hallways and stairways to other parts of the home, to keep dust in those parts of the house to a minimum. We couldn't be more happy with the final results and the Crew that worked on our Project. They showed up everyday at the time promised, worked hard, and knew what they were doing! We would highly recommend J&S to anyone requiring, Installation, Repair, or Refinishing of wood floors.

They completely transformed my house with this floor renovation. I just bought my 1927 home in November and the floors were extremely damaged, big scratches, stains, gaps, and unevenness. I was shocked by how well they turned out. They did the job quickly and were very professional. They showed up on time everyday and were very helpful when it came to picking a stain. They even mixed stains to help us get an idea of what we wanted. In the end we went with the Honey stain and oil based varnish. The floors feel warm and cozy just as we had hoped for. Very fair pricing as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to renovate their hardwood floors.

Javier and his men did an absolutely beautiful job on our floors! You cannot see transition between the existing floor. Same color and seamless. They were careful to cover everything up and left zero mess. They are polite and very professional .We are so pleased with our kitchen we’re having our bedroom floors done as well!! Highly recommend Javier!
