Install gutter protection guards in a timely matter at a good price. The sales rep. Was courteous and professional. The installation was done in the same manner. So far I have been happy with my experience with this company

This company is impossible to get ahold of should an issue arise with the guards and it is even more difficult to get them out to fix the problem. They informed me that their “100% guaranty” is in fact only a 75% guaranty (they have stated they only refund 75% of the cost, 4K in my instance, if they have to remove the system) and they are trying to claim that what they really mean is the system will work, not that they will refund your money if you, the customer, are not satisfied despite it being pitched that way by their salesman. This company needs a serious restructuring because this is abysmal.
Update: just spoke with the manager for the Greensboro office to which I was informed the only option I have is for them [leaf filter] to change the size of my gutters on one side of my house to 6 inch gutters however receiving a refund, in lieu of them having made 3 trips to rectify the issue, “was not an option”. This company has ZERO intentions of standing by their 100% guaranty.

Really awful experience getting a quote from this company the salesman was extremely unprofessional. Quoted me $7000 for a 1200 square-foot home just to install the leaf filters and clean my gutters… When I said, I needed to think about it, took the quote down to 2K for me to sign on the spot. Then got extremely rude when I said no. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
