Berico is awesome I called early morning they were at my home around noon June at the office was really nice and professional and James the technician was on point

Even though I had no heat for 5 days . Berrico has gone above and beyond their service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff & technicians. Julie the parts manager was the best.

The technician who came to repair our furnace, Daryll Hunnicutt, was courteous, friendly, and very competent. He correctly diagnosed the problem (gas valve shorting), called around local stores for a replacement part, which he obtained and installed.

Nate arrived at time period requested.
Did a fantastic job of starting to check out both systems. Job was completed in great time and explained what he did to make sure our systems perform at their maximum.

Joe and his team are very courteous, each introducing themselves when they arrived. They began working as soon as introductions were done. Work was done swiftly as it appeared each member had their specific area of expertise. I am very pleased and impressed by Joe and his team during the installation of our new home a/c and heating unit.

Cody Best serviced our logs today, what a wonderful, outstanding young man. He did a great job, explained everything, so kind and professional. Thanks so much.

Called on Christmas Eve and Berico scheduled a technician to come out and perform the annual maintenance on my generator on the day after Christmas. Tyler arrived promptly and took care of the maintenance and also gave me a quote for some other work.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and easygoing technician who explained everything we needed to know; really helpful with making our decisions regarding a new system. Once again, Berico proved honest and above board. We are long time customers and will remain so.

Juan did an excellent job on diagnosing the problem with our gas insert fireplace and fixed the issue, plus cleaning up the fireplace. Great work. Would highly recommend!

Technician was very professional. He completed the work, knew what the problem was, and solved the problem. He explain the cost of service before he completed the job. His demeanor was pleasant, considerate and kind.

It was a difficult project and Josh was excellent. Honest fair and he kept working until the job was done correctly. We will ask for him personally every time.

HVAC Repairman Steve Blackburn quickly responded to my txt even though roads were still affected by the recent ice storm. He had been carefully driving to clients homes. He arrived later the same morning to see why we weren’t getting heat. He quickly saw the pipe design problem outdoors and changed the pipe length. He had seen this problem happen before at other houses in really cold weather.
