Installed during initial home construction in 1998, we wanted to replace the natural gas ignition system and add a forced air blower/fan on our two-sided gas fireplace. A family friend recommended Berico who we contacted in January 2024. A technician did an inspection, reviewed the information with me, and I agreed to a 50% deposit to a reasonable project cost. The blower/fan took one-month for delivery. After 3-months, I contacted Berico who scheduled the installation of the new system and fan the following week. They did apologize for the delay and lack of project updates. A different technician did the installation and all were polite and professional. Will wait till next winter to use but we test monthly to ensure operation. A 5 star review if not for the aforementioned delay.

Even though I had no heat for 5 days . Berrico has gone above and beyond their service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff & technicians. Julie the parts manager was the best.
