We’ve had Blaze out for everything and they have not disappointed once!! Stephen Burns, an excellent young man with grit, heart and character. Attention to detail was outstanding! Garrett was great! Very professional and courteous! Leif Payne and Javier Sanchez were outstanding. They provided over the top customer service!! They stayed with us from 8:00 am until 2:00 am the next morning! There was an issue with getting my electricity turned back on by the electric company and Leif’s words to me were “ we don’t leave the customer”! He also went and got gas for my generator!! He and Javier came back out the next day and got the job done!! Absolute EXCELLENCE!! Continued EXCELLENCE!! Had the HVAC looked at today and very impressed with thoroughness and attention to detail! All three services provided the same level of EXCELLENCE!! Robert McGuire was a continued example of EXCELLENCE for Blaze HVAC! Showed me all the old and worn out items that were replaced and explained the functionality of each! Blaze we’re rolling with you!! Today I had Dwayne Anderson out and he showed that he knows his craft!! I’m a Blaze Believer!! Today I had Dylan Scott out for the AC which was out. He went right to the unit and identified the issue immediately!! Great young man!! GO BLAZE!! Jake Woods phenomenal service!! Friendly, professional and thorough! Love me some Blaze! Malachi Leak, what a vibrant and energetic young man!! Very bright future ahead of him. Isai Rivera repaired my water heater today! Excellent work and excellent demeanor!! Blaze has not disappointed yet!! Being a homeowner is not for the faint of heart so having dependable, knowledgeable and reliable service providers is essential. Michael Robbin’s came out on this cold North Carolina day, diagnosed and fixed our unit in 30 minutes!! Great job!

A great experience. I signed up for an annual maintenance of our 14 year old Blaze installed Trane heat pump. Jake Woods from Blaze was excellent. He thoroughly explained everything concerning the condition of our system.
We felt a part of the inspection and learned a great deal about the system and the indicators that would give us a heads up to a problem.

This was a very different service call leaving us with a good understanding of our heating and cooling system and feeling we were taken good care of.

I am happy to recommend both Jake and Blaze Air.

We had lot of electrical issues in our home from the previous owner. Austin and his crew worked 12 hours and busted it all out and did a great job. They were on time, professional and courteous to us and our home.
